I never received the product even though the delivery service said it was delivered. However, the seller promptly refunded my money so I was happy with that.

I was worried at first they would not arrive in time for me, and the team did everything they could to make sure that they would. The quality is amazing, shipping is great, customer service is great, they honestly get a 100% 10/10 in my book.

I ordered some clear boxes that are supposed to be large from Ivy ever. When I received my order and realized my mistake I quickly tried to contact customer service in order to return the product for a refund. I emailed customer service, as was instructed, but there never was a response. The failure of response is their tactic to avoid exchanges or refunds. What a fraud!! This is a huge scam. Please do not ever buy any products from this company.
