I need to return the safeview camera but remi.com are not replying to my emails how do I get a returns label and Shop where I bought it from are not answering my emails regarding the returns the camera does not fit in my window

As of today these cameras do not work. I have tried many times for a return address and my money back. 7/22/26 still no reply. To future buyers please think twice before buying these camera's .and I read that I am NOT the only one this happens too

The back up help is non existent camera falls off cable far to short and all they tell you is to buy adhesive and longer cable item not fit for purpose and tell you if opened you can’t return you can’t see faults till open

Keeps crashing. Hard to connect to wi fi
Not reccomended to buy.

Cant update, keep falling off windows. Worked first day, not since, cannot update.

The advert states no subscription needed ever!
Comes with an SD card, but you can't register the SD card and to use this camera you need to pay a subscription of £28.99 per month!
Tried to return it and get my money back but they are not interested!
IT'S A SCAM! DON'T BE FOOLED!

I spent over £12,000 o a small porch and a resin drive.
the porch is o but not as discussed at time of sale. Had a couple of issues which were resolved fairly easily. the drive however was left uneven and within 6 months it had started to wear away and weeds growing through it.I have contacted the firm several time over a 2 year period to get them to correct the issues which are gradually getting worse. I have been told now this is normal and not under guarantee as I ordered an overlay! this was not pointed out at time of ordering so I am now left with a crumbling drive. I have photos if anybody wants to see the standard of work.

Just had a conservatory fitted. Cant speak more highly about this company. Saying a first class service is an understatement. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. The lads who fitted it couldnt do enough for you. Amber in the office dealt with all iur queries straight away. If you want a consetvatory, windows or home improvements use this company

We recently had the pleasure of working with Safe View for the installation of new windows in my home, including beautiful bay windows. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

From the start, the team was incredibly dedicated and punctual, always showing up on time and putting in the effort. Initially, we only planned to replace the front windows, but after witnessing their fantastic craftsmanship, we decided to go ahead with new installations for the side windows of our semi-detached house as well. It was the best decision we could have made!

The new windows not only look stylish, but they've also significantly improved our home’s comfort. We’ve had no condensation or cold spots since their installation, which has made a world of difference. The team executed the installation with great care and precision, demonstrating their skill and expertise.

Communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. The team at Safe View was not only professional but also friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Just had a new conservatory roof installed. What a transformation, we are so pleased. From Molly in the office through to Lincoln and his team of lads, everyone was so reliable, punctual and professional from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this family run local business to anyone.

I would highly recommend Safeview for any of your building/renovation needs. There are not many tradespeople I would recommend however their work ethic, customer service and flexibility is impeccable. I am very happy with their amazing work and will be certainly having them back to do further work around the house at the end of the year!. 5/5!

Honestly, so frustrating and wasted my time. Its the customer service where the problem is.

Don’t use this firm. Spent £20K on a Garden Room including a composite decking area. After one winter the decking started to shrink and the timber underneath the decking started to rot. Plus the roof on the Garden Room leaks and the gutters are faulty. After countless false promises and ‘no shows’ (they set dates to come out and make good the problems) we have now had to instruct solicitors

I would highly recommend safeview for any home improvement that you are thinking of getting done. Every member of the team was hard working from the first to the last day and the job was completed how I asked. Very happy !

Safeview was a pleasure to deal with , the whole team was lovely and the finished result was amazing.The prices are reasonable for the unbelievable job they do . Wouldn’t hesitate recommending to others !

If you want a finished job then I would avoid this company. We have been left with unfinished work now for 12 months despite being paid. I have messaged the owner Lincoln and office staff numerous times asking for them to come and finish the work and they just ignore you. We had a single story extension with porcelain tiles outside and a small footy pitch for the kids. They started off brilliant however issues started arise with shoddy workmanship inside when the media wall we had paid extra for was not straight and didn’t fit the tv. When we said the tv wouldn’t fit the response was laughable with Lincoln saying he can only work with the space he has, that was the same space he created as he built the wall! In the end as he wouldn’t do anything about it i had to get someone else in to strip it down and start again. They specialize in doors and windows yet the bi fold doors won’t unlock from the outside and they still have my key for it. The porcelain isn’t finished and has weeds and moss where grout should be as well as a missing pathway. The footy pitch was a nightmare. I had given the sizes and weight of the 3g Astro to Lincoln a number of times before ordering. He said it was ok but when it arrived he said it was too heavy for him to work with which then cost me an additional 3k for new turf to get it laid before my sons birthday party. They didn’t whacker the ground properly or lay the turf properly so now it is waterlogged every time it rains. My son can’t use it without looking like he’s got out of a bath full of water! After spending almost 80k with this company I’m really disappointed to have to resort to leaving a negative review of them

Fantastic service provided from start to finish . Friendly professional efficient team helped build our sunroom in the time estimated . Very reasonable price based on competitors quotes . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others
