What a wonderful human-being! I had so many questions and Alex was so helpful in answering all of them, and some of them were really in-depth and required a lot of typing, which he was ever so patient and kind the whole time while answering them (for free!) He didn't have to answer with as much depth as he did, especially as it was time-consuming and he probably could've spent that time helping other clients, but Alex really took the time to help me and explain things in a way that I could understand. I can't express how much I truly appreciate that!
