After reading good reviews for Ascend Viral, this company somehow deceived me into signing up for their company instead! I am left to question the legitimacy of this company. Something seemed weird when the managers could only schedule online talks between 2am-6am Pacific Coast Time. I learned that the company headquarters are Salt Lake City, Utah, the contact department is in Sheridan, Wyoming, the billing department is based in the UK, the Instagram login came from California, and the Managers are based in the country Georgia! After learning all this, I did some deeper digging and found out Social Boost actually hijacked me to their website! It was different than The company Ascend Viral. I asked to cancel my subscription and to receive a full refund. They have granted both for now. We will see if I receive it in 3-5 business days. Be cautious of trying to apply for Ascend Viral, and getting rerouted to Social Boost. Shady and unethical.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Social Boost. Tessa has been extremely helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process. She took the time to understand my account and the audience I wanted to reach, and I’ve gained over 350 followers in less than a month.
The growth has been very encouraging, and the service has been straightforward and well managed. I’ll need to take a short break for personal reasons, but I will definitely use Social Boost again in the future. Highly recommended!

My advice to anyone new is just to give it some time. Organic growth obviously doesn’t happen overnight like bots or paid followers can, so be patient and let it work.
Also, I’d recommend checking in with your growth manager every now and then. It helps to stay connected and make sure you’re both on the same page.

What a wonderful human-being! I had so many questions and Alex was so helpful in answering all of them, and some of them were really in-depth and required a lot of typing, which he was ever so patient and kind the whole time while answering them (for free!) He didn't have to answer with as much depth as he did, especially as it was time-consuming and he probably could've spent that time helping other clients, but Alex really took the time to help me and explain things in a way that I could understand. I can't express how much I truly appreciate that!
