They scammed Luxepawspetboutique and starting a lawsuit if I don’t get a refund on this matter!

Buzzoid is a complete scam. Customer assistance is non existing. They never delivered on the order.
I wish I could give them lower rating but unfortunately 1 star it is.
Save your money, there is nothing even remotely real about this company

Horrible! They are very bad quality followers that constantly drop, I’ve requested a refill several times and they said they will send a refill and it’s been several days now and I never received it. Sounds like a scam! I don’t recommend!

Unreliable service – would not recommend

Purchased 750 followers which repeatedly disappeared despite several refills. Customer service acknowledged the losses but ultimately refused my refund. I had to raise a dispute through Revolut, which was successful.

Scammers through and through. They take your money and if they deliver your followers they soon disappear from your followers list. I paid for VIP followers and every single one was a brand new profile with none of their own followers and a virtual blank page. I have spoken to someone called Claire on several occasions and have been assured that they have refunded my payments but they refuse to provide any proof and no refund has ever been received. I even gave him the opportunity to keep the money and just send what I asked for which was 1000 VIP followers to which I have been completely ignored again and again and again.

I have since approached my bank who have intervened and refunded my money.

To be honest, one star is generous! I made the mistake of buying 100 VIP Followers from Buzzoid. What I got was junk bot followers with no followers, and the names at the top didn't match the profile pictures or the genders! For example, Lindabrown68335 would show a male photo, and another female name, like suzannegrund78453, beside it. It was ridiculously fake, and every account had the 5 numbers, which is an obvious spam clue. I deleted what IG did not delete. I complained, and they offered to send me better quality and send 50 for me to review first. They did, and the 50 were a little better, but still not VIP quality that I had paid for. So, they sent me 50 more, and those were the exact same crap they sent the first time. All bot-generated fake spam accounts. Of course, I deleted them and shared my displeasure with the quality of their followers. So, Claire says she will refund my money in the form of a credit on their website. Guess what? I can not access the website! Hahaha. What a trip! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

They scam. Ordered followers for a brand. Not arriving, and those arriving will unfollow again!

Scam scam scam. Need to be shut down that's what needs to occur.

Dishonest. None responsive. No delivery. Most likely run by a bunch of coke heads. And the use of the word run here is extremely loosely used.

I was a loyal Buzzoid customer for YEARS, regularly using their services to help grow my social media channels while building my small business. For a long time, I found their service helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, I have no idea what has happened to this company over the past year or so, but my recent experience has been absolutely appalling and points to fraudulent business practices.

**I now genuinely believe Buzzoid is operating like a SCAM, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to STAY AWAY!**

I recently spent over $130 purchasing followers that were NEVER fully delivered. The few followers that did arrive began disappearing almost immediately, and despite repeated complaints, my order has STILL not been fulfilled. In fact, my follower count has continued to decline!

Even worse has been the endless runaround from their so-called customer service representative, Claire. I've received excuse after excuse, repeated promises of refills that never materialize, and even attempts to shift the blame onto ME rather than take responsibility for their failure to deliver a service I paid for. I asked for a full refund as my order was never delivered

I've also become suspicious of the Trustpilot reviews displayed or linked on their website, which appear to be presented in a way that makes them look like authentic Trustpilot endorsements. I would strongly encourage potential customers to independently verify those reviews rather than relying on what Buzzoid displays.

**After YEARS of being a paying customer, I am beyond disappointed.** I have given this company numerous opportunities to resolve the situation, but instead I've been met with empty promises, excuses, and no meaningful resolution. I have requested a full refund and have yet to receive one.

What makes this particularly upsetting is that I once trusted and recommended this company. That trust is now completely gone.

**BUYER BEWARE. Do not waste your hard-earned money.** Based on my experience, Buzzoid takes payment without reliably delivering the services purchased, and its customer service has been utterly ineffective at resolving the problem.

I will be contacting my credit card and filing a legal claim if nothing is resolved within the next few days.

Paid for Premium followers 20k , but the purchased followers were not delivered. On 4 October 2026, the system showed the order as completed despite the non-delivery.
The Socialblade follower statistics showed absolutely no boosted 20k amount of followers.

I repeatedly attempted to contact the merchant about the undelivered service, the refund request and ‘something else’ contact button, including an email to support on 4 October 2026 at 9:07 a.m Singapore time, asking when the order would be delivered. I have received NO RESPONSE to any of my emails and messages.

I believe I have been scammed because payment was taken, the service was not provided, the order was nevertheless marked completed, and my attempts to obtain a refund have gone unanswered. None of my attempt to reach out is being responded.

Undelivered service , system shows order completed, but Socialblade shows otherwise, check my profile on Socialblade, you will know for sure I am being scammed.

It’s a scam. It’s an absolute scam. I spoke to someone named Claire. And she denied me a refill and after that she completely ignored me. I will make sure to write 100 hundreds of bad reviews. and expose this company so they stop functioning.

Horrible. I’ve been emailing them to restore the followers. I have lost and they assisted once or twice, but I continued to lose more than what they even refilled…

Buzzoid has still not responded or made right by honoring their warranty. I noticed the website has changed so there may be internal changes but basically they are a scam. It’s a farse to take your money. Don’t throw away your money and find another service.
