700–1,700 followers promised, only 200 delivered
Gainsty advertises growth of 700 to 1,700 followers per month, but in reality, we consistently receive only around 200 followers.
This has been the case for years, despite paying for a relatively expensive monthly subscription.
To make matters worse, Gainsty completely ignores our messages and complaints. We have contacted them multiple times, but they simply do not respond.
The actual results are nowhere near what is being advertised, and the complete lack of communication makes the situation even more disappointing.

You will pay a subscription fee for a follow unfollow service
You will pay a subscription fee for them to follow/unfollow accounts on your behalf.
This is how my experience went. They contacted me via email offering a free 7 days free trial. While signing up they were so helpful and responded to emails super fast. As soon as I signed up and I asked them to explain what their methods for reach are, and they said that they “engage with followers most likely to interact back” and they confirmed that they do follow and unfollow accounts so that is something they do 100%.
Besides that, they promise results within 24 hours and I have not seen any so I reached out to ask about that and got no response back. Additionally, they offer a “dedicated account manager” and when I sent him 2 EMAILS HE DID NOT RESPOND. I then contacted their support to see why the account manager did not contact me back and they stayed silent.
This whole company seems sketchy, I saw a lot of positive reviews, I hope that my situation is a one off but I would never go back to these guys.

Hi Maximim,
We're sorry to hear about the lack of response, that's not the standard we hold our account managers to.
One clarification for anyone reading: our system uses a mix of interactions, following, unfollowing, likes, and story views, and clients can choose how that mix works for their account, it isn't limited to just follow/unfollow. We'd genuinely like to look into what happened here, could you email us at support@gainsty.com with the subject name Trustpilot-2026-09 so we can find your account and follow up directly?
Let me know if there's anything else you need help with!
Cheers,
Monique

I am getting really tired of Gainsty’s…
I am getting really tired of Gainsty’s unsolicited marketing emails.
I never asked for their services, never signed up for their emails and never gave permission to be contacted. Yet I have now received multiple promotional emails referring specifically to my Instagram account, written as if someone had personally reviewed my profile.
The messages come under different sender names, but the content and sales pitch are basically the same. That makes the “personal” approach feel automated and misleading rather than genuine.
What bothers me most is that there is no clear explanation of where they obtained my email address or why they think they have permission to use it for marketing.
I have now reported these emails as spam and have also filed a report with the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
If a company wants to build trust, repeatedly sending unsolicited sales emails is not the way to do it.

Hi,
We are sorry for the experience you had. The email address came from publicly listed contact details on Instagram business profiles, not from purchased lists, though we understand that doesn't make unsolicited outreach welcome.
Genuine outreach that reads as personal while feeling automated isn't the impression we want to give, and we're reviewing how we do this as a result.
If anything else needs sorting, please contact us at hi@gainsty.com.

Highly Recommend Gainsty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I signed up with Gainsty to help grow my social media presence, and I’ve been very happy with the experience. They’ve been incredibly easy to work with, and most importantly, the new followers I’ve gained through their efforts are real people who are genuinely interested in what I have to offer.
As a writer and content creator, that matters to me. I wasn’t looking for inflated numbers. I wanted to reach people who might actually be interested in my work and engage with my content about the human-animal bond, and that’s what I’ve seen.
If you’re a creator looking to grow your social media audience, I definitely recommend checking out Gainsty. My experience with them has been very positive, and I’m glad I decided to give them a try.

As a writer and content creator, reaching the right audience and building meaningful engagement is so much more valuable than simply increasing follower numbers. It’s wonderful to hear that Gainsty has helped you connect with people who share an interest in your work and the human-animal bond.
We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation, Susan. We’re happy to have you with us and look forward to supporting your continued growth!

Stay away from Gainsty!
I was ready to go with GAINSTY and their services. The website seemed serious, I would even be asigned a personal manager.
When I had to introduce my CC info twice, once with paddle and once with Gainsty, I contacted their support, expressing my doubts before continuing the process. Of course they said it was all legitime. So I went on. There was no confirmation mail for my registration, noting with a link to the dashboard, nothing at all!
I contacted my personal manager in both ways, whats app and email .... no answer. Having my instinct confirmed that this is all not serious, I blocked and canceled my credit card right away.
And of course, today they get in touch with me, after the 7-day free trial ended, wanting to engage with me .....
Stay away from GAINSTy, this is a huge scam. Too bad!

Hi Maria, we're sorry your experience felt this frustrating, that's not what we want for anyone considering Gainsty.
We always send a confirmation email with a dashboard link right after signup, and our team responds directly to every client message (live chat only routes to a bot if "talk to a human" isn't selected), so we'd really like to look into exactly what happened in your case. Please reach out to us directly at support@gainsty.com with your account details, we'd love to make this right and are happy to offer you a 14-day free trial so you can actually see what Gainsty does before deciding.
