Communication was timely and the customer service personel made an utmost effort to assist me in my issue of concern (VAT payment for B2B purchases). I really hope the item will be a good fit in our activities and more orders will take place in the future.

Recently purchased the jib training kit took a long time to decide to purchase it but I wish I got it sooner for anybody who’s looking to improve there riding train anytime like nev says even do it in just your socks I struggled to get on and off rails this product has giving me the confidence to do all of that and more and it’s a really good way of keeping fit as well product is well made and feels like I’ve got my snowboard on brilliant product 👏👌👌

If you’re 16-25 this product is a no brainer. If you’re one or two years shy of 50, like me, and thinking, “I wish I could shred park,” this is definitely the time to buy!

I’m an athletic 6’ 265lb (although probably more like 274) and I wear a size 13 sneaker and size 14 boot, plus my feet are wide. So, I had some hesitancy making the initial purchase. I exchanged a few emails with Nev via the website and he was very up front assessing that the equipment and particularly the bindings may not fit me. He did say there were other options for bindings but I delayed on that point. However I was stoked by the video series and a good riding season so I made a “strong suggestion” to my kids who got me the jib board setup for Fathers Day.

The bindings do fit, albeit with not much room to spare, but still comfortably. The board supports my weight with no issue. We live in an apartment so I have to use this setup in the basement but that’s fine. The mat is high quality and large enough so that it’s still under me if I fall. The white rail stowes inside the box and the mat can more or less fit alongside so you can carry all this stuff relatively easily.

I can tell this product is going to make a huge difference in my riding even after two sessions. (10-15 minutes — I was dying!) You can try all kinds of tricks with basically no consequence. You will fall so make sure you have enough surrounding space to sprawl. However the feeling of hitting a front blunt without slipping out and cracking your ribs on a three foot high metal pipe is a total rush.

The customer service and products are fantastic. I purchased the wide job board with the bar and mat. They helped me choose the the right gear along with sending me a set of screws without washers!

After the first set of screws was stolen, they sent me a second set without hesitation and free of charge.

I’ve been training for a week and can already feel myself improving!

Great product, and great customer service. My control and confidence is boosted after one day. I can't wait to hit the mountain again after a summer of training.

No joking, The training set is the best way to get your body control better and keep the muscles memory through the offseason. The set with the Addition+ courses really improved my skills and confidence.

The training set is a lot of fun to play with too! Have my friend try my snow addiction set and they also had a fun time playing with it. Totally worth the investment.

The customer service at this company is very quick. I have a difficult address for shipping that is not recognissed by USPS and they were able to ship my order with UPS direct to my house. Thanks guys, loving your gear!

Absolutely amazing customer service, cannot fault the guys for doing everything they can to help me, both before and after purchase. And my son has been conversing with them and they're so supportive of a young guy doing all he can to develop himself in snowboarding. Considering we're in the UK, these guys in Canada are acting like they're local. Oh yeah, and the tramp board and bar is great, being able to practice and build the correct muscles needed for jumps and tricks is a game changer. All in the comfort of your lounge, which is great during Covid and the restrictions! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wish I had read this other review first. Totally the same experience. Ordered the full jib package, couldn't wait for it to get here. Loads of UK stock according to the website. Then had a BS email saying my address couldn't be verified. What a load of old tosh......everything else gets here that I order. Then totally ignore my requests for an update or refund. Load of crap. I would avoid at all costs if your thinking of buying from these guys.
EDIT - I take it back. Maybe my patience is not what it was, but the guys at SA responded to my complaints pretty much as soon as they were made. The guys came through without hesitation and made it happen. Apologies for the rant guys and I'm loving my jib package. I'll add some meditation to my routine as it looks like I need to chill out a bit.

20 months after writing this review, a nameless person from Snowboard Addiction has decided to write a response, 20 months later, seriously?

There is nothing else to say on this subject, as after this amount of time past is not worth commenting on anymore. Not Recommended stands

Total nightmare trying to deal with this company, first when ordering they take your money only to inform you they don't have the product in stock after the transaction has gone through.

Then during the 4 weeks waiting for the product to come back in, they promote the same goods at a cheaper rate, and then when trying to add the discount codes they gave me was just painful.

They then refunded me £3.71and gave some excuse which was worthless.

After this they offered me 12 months free tutorial membership but asked me to enter my credit card details in to get this free membership, only to then find they will charge your card anyway.

Be very careful when dealing with this company, they really are not transparent and you need to make sure you're read all the information carefully as they want your money before they tell you or provide you anything.

I will not recommend Snowboard Addiction because I have spent more time dealing with their customer service team than I should have. It should be very easy but alas they do not have simply processes.
