Ordering this product and the 2 years extra warranty is a great price. I’m not sure if it became activated using the QR code on the quick set up guide. Hopefully will find out next week. The info says to do it within 7 days of receipt. Research claimed this is one of the best robot cleaners.

Attempted to cancel order after nearly 3 weeks of waiting for it to be shipped. I reached out to their Customer Service email and requested my order to be canceled effective immediately. Instead I received a response that stated they would attempt to contact the supplier to cancel my order and it should take 1 to 3 days. Well, Im day 2, I receive a email notification rhat a shipping has been created. When I reached back out their customer service, they stated the order has already shipped and that I can I longer cancel my order.l and that I should reject the shipment at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, who can sit around all day at their front door waiting for the delivery individual, considering none knock.

Never received the vacuum.

Very informative, ease of use, really looking forward to using the system. Ours is so antiquated. like the 2 year warranty and customer service availability. Glad I came across the information.

The website was easy to use. The hard part was choosing which bundle I wanted. Since this is a new brand for me I went basic. If this turns out as great as advertised, I'll be back.

I found what I wanted to purchase and completed the transaction within a few minutes. Very straightforward. First time user, will be back!

Goods ordered failed to arrive, communication with and from the company was hopeless. At one point I was receiving emails in German but purporting to be from USA. Eventually I received a refund through paypal 6 weeks after placing an order. Do NOT use this company.

The ease of use and information was very helpful. I did not have a hard time finding more info on what I needed.

Still waiting for delivery 20 days after ordering, when they quote 5-7 days and now they are not responding to my requests for an update. I am now having to get my credit card company involved to recover my money.

Very poor. I wouldn't recommend this company and I will never use them again. I bought a vacuum cleaner online from them and then got constant emails for 4+ weeks saying that the delivery had been held up. I asked (at least 3 times) to cancel the order and for a refund to my credit card without a response. In the end my credit card company stepped in, the order was cancelled and I got my money back - after 5 plus weeks!

I love snap pay populates all fields that need to be filled in. I started using it now and don’t have any issues with vendors accepting it. Great platform.
