Scam. First they showed the wrong item on my order. I sent my 1st email to correct the order, they didn't respond.
I then received an automatic email stating the order is delayed by an additional 8 days. I sent my 2nd email 4 days later to correct the order.
Day 5 I called the phone number on the order confirmation and it's not in service. Now I'm working with PayPal to get a refund.
UPDATE 10 June 2026.
They never responded to my multiple notices that they ordered the wrong color. I did receive the item, in an undesired color. Wasted $119.00.

I bought a vacuum cleaner online, the battery lasted only 10 minutes. I advised Snapbuy and am still waiting 5 weeks later for a return label. To cut a long story short Snapbuy is a terrible company to deal with, I strongly advise 'DONT BUY THROUGH SNAPBUY'

I am extremely disappointed with Snapbuy and Proscenic. I purchased a device for my business (Rejoice Styling) on January 23rd, and the suction motor failed within two weeks of normal use. This is a clear case of a defective product under EU commercial law.
After sending over 30 emails to their support (Muhammad), they finally claimed to have sent a return label on March 2nd. However, no label was attached. Instead, they are trying to force me to ship a heavy, defective item to China at my own expense, which is completely illegal for a warranty claim.
They are intentionally creating hurdles to avoid their legal obligation to repair or replace the product. As of March 4th, I have issued a formal notice of default. If no pre-paid label or full refund is provided by Friday, March 6th, 17:00 CET, I will hand this case over to a debt collection agency and report this company for fraudulent business practices to the ACM (Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets).

Advice to others: Do not buy from Snapbuy or Proscenic if you value your money or customer service. They ignore your rights once they have your payment.

Ordered a tablet, which "got lost by DHL" After a few mails they stop anwering, my 200 Euro's are lost. Be warned, never do bussiness with Snapbuy, it's a big scam!!

This is a huge scam!! they overcharging enormously and you cannot return your article because the from does not work and then they do not answer your emails anymore.
139,- at snapbuy also for 34,- on Amazon. Unfortunately I was too fast with ordering. Do not believe anything they say.

Purchased a juicemaker on January 7. Paid 140 euros for it. It came in damaged. Sent an email. Direct answer if I could send photos, which I did. Then in 4 weeks time sent 4 more emails as I didn't get any reply. Still nothing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Do not buy here.

Do not buy from Snapbuy! We purchased and paid for a robot vacuum cleaner. Shortly after, we received a message stating it was not immediately available, but they would notify us when it would arrive... this was the start of very poor communication where you have to be active and assertive yourself to get any updates.
Eventually, we were told the vacuum cleaner would never be delivered. I had to ask for a refund myself. After this, I received all sorts of unclear emails, and only after repeated reminders and threats from my side did we finally get our money back weeks later.
The way they communicate and act is honestly terrible... Advice: stay away from Snapbuy!!"

I ordered a tablet on Saturday, January 24, 2026, paying in advance, of course, and still have not received it. I should have read the reviews of this company before I ordered. An expensive lesson learned. Do NOT order from this company. I am going to try to get my $179.90 back. I repeat: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM!

The item I purchased came in a previously opened box that was duct taped shut. There were items missing from their cut outs in the packaging. After several attempts to contact for a refund I’ve yet to hear back. Do not buy from this site.

Snapbuy appears to be a total scam. Order placed 6 weeks ago. Never received. Customer service is a hoax.

I ordered an electric shaver, but I didn't received anything.

Obviously this company is a fraud. So avoid it. They also have very good imitation websites of consumer reports in diffferent languages. That always is a very dangerous sign. They are extremely dishones. So dont be fooled.

They sell products twice the real price.
The website does not include the brand name of the product. In my case i bought a laptop for €199. The same laptop could i buy from Amazon for €80. I returned the laptop and was surprised that they returned my money.

I didn't receive my product. Robot cleaner 299,90 euro's.
I didn't get my money back. So I have taken legal actions and I have arranged Niet Bezorgd to get my money back.

Terrible company. Spend 300 euros and nothing is delivered and contact is impossible.
Hopefully nietbezorgd.nl can help.

FRAUDE!

This seems to be a fraude business. I ordered, I paid, I received a track a trace number and then total silence. I sent a mail with complaint. Total silence . And then they sent me a mail that my order was delivered. But I received nothing at all. So be aware !!!

Unreliable charlatans BE AWARE!
After weeks of negotiations and only with the support of PayPal legal department, I was able to get back my money. The return cost of the item, they promised, they will refund me after they receive the item. They received the item, they received a receipt of how much it cost me to send it back to them (a LOT!), they asked for my IBAN and since then - NO MONEY, NO REACTION. They simply ignore my message and their promise to refund the cost. I see they have one star, they should have NO STAR at all and should be banned from operating online. There is absolutely no use in buying anything from them.

I bought an online vacuum cleaner from SnapbuyUK where it has a high star rating!! I was presented with an inferior vacuum cleaner and reported this matter.nobody replied. I rang the number in MUNICH but no one picked up. Has this company been reported in the Netherland?
