Used this processor for years and unfortunately the company has gone downhill badly. What used to be a reliable platform has turned into a constant headache. Payout times are slow and inconsistent, issuing refunds is unnecessarily difficult, and customer service has become frustrating and ineffective. As a business owner, reliability matters, especially when it comes to payments and cash flow. Very disappointed with how far the experience has declined.
