Average customer service just like any other french bank. But at least you know what you're getting into and you do get what you pay for: 25€ a year for a bank account and a credit card, period.
No one can beat that if you don't have out of the ordinary expectations from your bank.
Only missing capability that some might need: no international transfers outside of Europe.
But you can make a SEPA transfer to a company like Wise in Belgium and send the money where ever you want without any problem.
Closed all my "regular bank accounts" and perfectly happy with their (limited) services....

Your customer service only depend on FRANCE lunguage here. But you should implement English lunguage as everybody is use to speak English after their mother lunguage.
Personals works in customer services should have to speak English or employed some persons they can understand English. Or you should stop giving card who are imminent.
