The website was easy to navigate and each product description was just as easy to understand. The transaction went smoothly and before I knew it the package arrived, very discreet and nicely packaged. The product was in sealed in plastic, alongside a small treat of sweets, a mini squishy sculpture and a note with the details of who poured the toy and when it was poured. Everything looked lovely and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The toy itself was of great quality! It was exactly what was promised, very soft and nice to the touch. I will definitely order again!

Neotori offer a variety of different fun toys (or not so fun, if you use them in a kinky way :D) and every single one of them is high quality.

The delivery took a bit longer due to the heatwave, but the wait was definitely worth it. I ordered a small suction cup & got a miniature Tycho The Tinkerer & gummy bears as gifts (which was a good idea because I felt tempted to chew on the mini Tycho).

I'm not familiar with this maker so I didn't understand that you couldn't select colours for a single small suction cup, but the staff was considerate & chose dark colours for it, which turned out to be prettier than plain black like I originally requested. They also gave me a written note to let me know about it, I appreciate this. It also works just as intended.

I'd like to order some of their toys in the future, but the current options in firmness are way too firm (their 'Standard' corresponds to ~0050 firmness). There aren't many trustworthy fantasy makers in EU who make products that are worth the price, so it's disappointing that Neotori doesn't have a ~0030 firmness option for their toys, or ~0020 firmness for the plugs. I definitely would try out their toys if they make Soft & Extra-soft options in the future.

Other than that, I recommend this maker.

Super fast delivery and the toys are very high quality! The soft silicone feels amazing, the shapes are all exactly as shown online and clearly super well thought out with how good they feel! I've ordered there a few times now and it definitely won't be the last time 🤭

first ever adult toy purchase and they did not disappoint!
everything is very personal and hand made with the cards telling you who poured your toy and when, care guide, little stickers. I got some sweets too! idk if its bc im in the eu so dont expect sweets if you're american or smt.
The toys themself are very beautiful, and have no imprefections. I got a medium theotolax and the knot is super big for me :3, however if you want a toy to keep on putting in & out it maybe wasnt the best choice, but regardless i had fun with my gf with it.
The small comfy buttplug is wayyy too big for me and thats probably bc im not well practiced in anal but i tested and i couldnt even put it in vaginally! this may be a skill issue on my part but I wish there could be a beginner size for the butt plugs, maybe next time ill get the werewolf ones tho.
I was worried that this shop stopped working bc there wasnt alot of recent online presence (which could be my pour investigative skills) but the fact that theyre still making toys makes me think that they're just tired in insta? Also i wanted to buy a sticker but i couldnt find the name of the character of the sticker i wanted, if you could adjust that part of the website so that the names of the stickers are connected to the images that would be great. idk regardless thank you so much for these wonderful toys I will definitely buy again from here!

I have only had perfect experiences with Neotori so far. All the toys have great quality, the shipping was always quick and discrete, and the merch is really neat too (I really like my :3 key chain and the carrying bag :3)
I hope they will keep on expanding their inventory!

Great shop and service. I've ordered with them twice so far and both experiences have been great. Production and shipping were very fast both times, the toys are high quality, and their prices are very fair and reasonable imo. As someone who has suffered from sticker shock when shopping with other shops in this niche (like Uncover Creations) and seeing the final price of their toy double after selecting a size that's actually usable and some basic customization, I was genuinely, positively shocked at their pricing when I bought my first toy from Neotori (like, what do you mean the final price I'm going to pay is actually the one shown on the listing AND I get to pick custom colors for it, too?? In this economy???).

Overall, there are just many small details that make me like shopping with them, and you can tell that the people running the shop do so with a lot of love and attention to detail - from the illustrations on the bags the toys come with to the fun merch they have (love me a good hand towel for the guest bathroom lol) and the Discord server, there's just a lot of care put into everything.

Also, I love that they give you the option to narrow down the color selection for the "Surprise Me" option between regular, pastel, and glow in the dark - wish more shops did this as I'm usually reluctant to pick Surprise Me out of fear of ending up having paid €€€ for a toy I don't like the look of.

There aren't that many designs that appeal to me personally at the moment, but I'll definitely check back for any future toys they'll release. (Also: special shoutout to whoever came up with the design for Thorvald. Damn. That thing is genuinely incredible, 10/10)

quick for a custom pour and flawless product

It was delivered quickly and the quality of the Product is impeccable. A wonderful experience and guaranteed to be no pain in the b*tt :)

Very fast shipping even from across the pond, and the extras that were packed in with my purchase were very cute!

Communication was great. They updated me through every step in delivery. My toy of choice has a nice velvety, soft touch to it. The custom pour I ordered came (Ha!) with mini-gummies that were very delicious.

I've ordered several of their toys (most of them custom pours) over the past few years and I've never had any issues. They always come out just as (or oftentimes better than) expected. If you try to get in touch, the people you talk to are the same people designing and pouring your toys and it shows. No notes.

First time buyer! Loved the product really great quality, website explains what you should get, firmness, great colour choices. Really happy with mine and would love to get another at some point!
