The website indicates that the business is located in KY but the business is actually in China. I ordered the seeds 2 weeks ago and have not received the seeds. After emailing Neera, they told me to just wait.

Long delivery. Shipping somewhere from China. Tracking code does not work.

Ordered from Neera Seeds — got the classic runaround. They emailed saying my order was "delivered" (tracking ID HHWRQ6195106201YQ) but the actual courier tracking shows no delivery scan at all — last update was 17 Jul, "departed origin facility, Shenzhen." When I pushed back with the tracking discrepancy and asked for proof of delivery, support just kept asking for my order number again instead of answering. No refund, no real proof, no resolution. Matches other reviews here of the same pattern — be very cautious.

I ordered a silver wattle and got ashitaba instead after waiting weeks for my seeds. Costumer service # is illegitimate. Do not buy from this website. Its a scam.

This is in response to Karen's review. There is nothing you can do about trying to go after this "company". I filed a complaint with the FTC and was basically told that nothing would be done. I also filed a complaint with the state attorney general. Once I got my money from my credit card (my bank allows 60 days to dispute a charge), they closed the case. They told me that they had more important things to do like trying to protect children from TicTok. There are scams everywhere. I strongly recommend using AI to check on the validity of any company you are not familiar with. And, once you are scammed you get so many ads from other scams

Ordered from Neera Seeds and experienced massive shipping delays. When I requested a refund, customer service explicitly promised me in writing that if it didn't arrive in 7 days, they would issue a full refund. It never arrived.

When I held them to their promise, their support team suddenly claimed the package had been delivered a month prior. This completely contradicts their own emails from weeks later admitting the package was still lost and in transit. Their tracking data is entirely inaccurate, and they are using copy-paste automated responses to avoid honoring their written refund policy. I have been forced to file a credit card chargeback and a BBB complaint to get my money back. Avoid this company.

Don’t buy from these scammers!
I bought avocado seeds and got totally other seeds. If I had looked them up on trustpilot I could have avoided that…

NEERA SEED has to be the worst seed company! I ordered 100 tea plant seeds and received a small bag of tiny seeds that said chestnuts on it. Also I ordered 200 peanut seed and got 40 in a small bag! They are so bad that all that do is tell you through email that the support team is looking into it! I have been going back and forth with Neeraseeds for 5 months too fix there mistake or there blatant disregard! I suggest to anyone thinking about ordering anything from this company, DO NOT ORDER or TRUST this company (Neera seeds)!

This is the same company/ address as Dhara seeds and earthechoseeds.com all 3 compnaies are scams, they do not ship until you chase then they send fewer seeds and not the rare seeds they advertise, they just chuck some cheap any old seeds in a packets and by the time you've grown them it'stoo late to complain, a real scam going on here.

The address 212 N. 2nd St. Ste 100, Richmond, KY is fake it's just a correspondance address for registered companies. They just register a company, create a website then take your money.

What went wrong? Maybe what went right. Nothing. 65 dollars for a lifesaver plastic bag of seed. Not to mention four weeks to get it. This is a racket.

No one has responded to our email for a refund and we want to send the 3 tiny ginger seed packets back asap. We have been growing ginger for 15 years on our small farm. Our supplier had sold out of ginger seed rhizomes in Hawaii we wanted so my husband took a chance with Neera seeds. Now we have no seed rhizomes and just 3 packets of tiny black "ginger" seeds for this season that arrived two days ago. We are stunned and the phone number doesnt work. No one has answered our email. I hope the company contacts me and will help me to get a refund by tomorrow. If I dont hear anything I would like help in pursuing this company as a fraud. I hope they are not a total rip off company.

I purchased two seed packets for $36. After much time and care, I have (instead of 2 hard to find drought tolerant perennials) two plants not resembling what I purchased, whatsoever. One is a weed and one is a vegetable. I did contact customer service with pictures of what was grown. They just said that they rely on their seed suppliers for their expertise. This company seems to be essentially a scam.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered seeds and took them 6 weeks to send to me. They ignored my emails to cancel the order, sent the seeds anyway, then when they arrived. all the seeds were crushed (basically powdered) and they came in a NON padded envelope... horrible company, will never patronize again.

Scam, bought seeds from here a while ago and haven’t received them yet, it’s been months. No tracking info even tho it said I would get tracking and I’ve asked as well, nothing. I’ve messaged them and they reply but nothing ever changes. My credit card had over $700 in fraudulent charges on it after I bought seeds from this company, wouldn’t be surprised if they were involved.

Neera seeds is a complete fraud! They need to be investigated for fraudulent charges and a complete failure to American consumers, used my credit card and hopefully I will be refunded! They are a Chinese communist scam and they need to be completely removed from ever selling anything in the united states of America

I hate the fact that I have to give it a star. This is an absolute scam. I ordered seeds in June 2025. I kept checking in over the summer and nothing. I emailed them in August and told them I want my money back since nothing came. They kept sending me a tracking number that does not exist and telling me it’s been delivered….. well here I am in March 2026 still waiting for any reply, refund or seeds! It’s a total scam
