I ordered 2 packets of Hosta seeds nearly 2 months ago. I reached out to customer service and waited 10 days before I got a reply worded in extremely poor English. The reply simply told me to be patient. Reached out again 2 weeks later and received a similar response asking me to wait 10-14 days for their ‘team’ to look into it. I haven’t received any seeds. I reported this scam company to Shopify but I see shopify is still powering their payments. Avoid this awful company, it’s obviously a scam company based in a third world country.

I would give negative stars if I could. Ordered seeds on 7/19/26 and they still have not shipped on 8/16/26. Every time I ask they come up with a different ridiculous excuse and tell me to “be patient”. I don’t understand how they are still allowed to do business online.

I ordered Buddha Belly plant seeds, but the vendor sent me unlabeled seeds from China. The seeds are not Buddha Belly seeds.

COMPLETE SCAM! I can't believe. This world is becoming lawless. I ordered three seeds and received one. So I contacted if they shipped the other two separately and no answer. I asked refund, and of course no answer. Can't believe someone think to scam plant lovers and take so much time to build such an international well made website.

I ordered Organic agarwood aquilaria seeds , but received package with pine seeds, I send the seeds and packages pictures, they told me I can not approved that the seeds was from packages. totally scamp!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered Smallanthus sonchifolius Yacon Vegetable Seeds. No tracking provided, and after over one month, the company is refusing to either refund or ship.
I believe they are scammers.

I purchased 100 new guinea impatiens seeds.I planted 33 seeds and after 3 weeks nothing grew. I reached out to them, and they told me they needed more time to germinate. After an additional 2 weeks nothing grew. I did some research on how best to germinated this type of seeds. I re-seeded another 33 seeds and after another 3 weeks nothing grew. I reached out to them a asking for a refund. I have not heard back from them. Don't buy anything from this company.

I would give it zero if I could, they sent me obviously faulty seeds after taking months to deliver, then they refused to refund me for a fault on their part, they also had the nerve to be rather rude through emails stating it as " oh well nothing we can do goodbye" gonna be in for a shock when the chargeback happens.

Ordered 1000pcs of two types of seeds. First one arrived in a small envelope containing less than 100pcs of the wrong seeds. Contacted customer service right away with pictures.

They argued the item is accurate to description and ensured it’s the correct one and advised to proceed and germenate. I demanded to return the seeds and cancel the rest of the order for a refund. They said they “can’t accept a return”. Their response was to count the seeds and to germenate. Didn’t offer the rest of the seeds BTW. This is obviously a scam. By the time you grow seedlings, it’d be too late for a chargeback.

They’re advertising native rare seeds and sending obscure garbage that can potentially be invasive detrimental plants. At first sign of scam I filed a chargeback. The second seeds arrived after my claim was settled in my favor, and it was the same condition. Obscure tiny package that should’ve contained 1000pcs.

Fortunate I didn’t wait to file a chargeback for what was obviously a scam by gaslighting customers to grow the seeds and assuring them that a smaller than a palm sized plastic flat baggy contains 1000 seeds.

The site neeraseeds appears to have the same layout and products. Looks like once a site gets a reputation, another pops up to keep the scam running.

They absolutely DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR REFUND REQUESTS. Predators.

I would give this company a zero if I could. It is a complete scam. I ordered 1000 tree seeds. When I got them the labelling was sketchy (gave fruit type but not variety on the inside od the packages - nothing on the outside) and they were black. Aside from the odd colour they looked ok so I cold stratified them along side seeds of the same variety I got from another vendor. Not one of the seeds from Seed Fella started but the others did so my technique is not the issue. I sent 2 emails to address this and he ignored them. I sent a question from another email (to make sure he was getting.my emails) and he replied to that quickly enough but when I responded regarding my issue he ignored that too. Don't order from them. There are reputable vendors out there and this isn't one of them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEED FELLAS!! IT IS A SCAM! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT BUT THEY WILL SAY YOU DID AND SEND YOU EMAILS PROVING YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM YOU ORDERED WHEN IN REALITY YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT!

I ordered a hundred argen seeds which I know to be about 20mm, round and pale yellow. 47 days later a package from China arrived with no explaination and a see-thru packet containing hundred unnamed seeds about 3mm, dark redish brown and pointed.
I have emailed my complaint but have no response from Seedfella. I accept SeedFella have scammed me. Do not pay any money to SeedFella.

Sent the wrong seeds but assured otherwise. Steer clear

I placed an order and received nothing so I contacted them and they re-sent the order and I still recieved nothing. To their credit they refunded my money but I would rather have received the seeds.

I have ordered seeds for over six months now. Never received them and never got a refund despite all the e-mails and communication with them. I have requested a refund which I have never received.
I can now conclude I got scammed from Seedfella. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.

I bought some seeds from them recently. No seed has germinated. Contacted the support, they refused to offer any help.

Scam website. This company presents as though they are located in the UK or NJ, depending on where the info comes from. The seeds however are shipped directly from China. When I realized the seeds I purchased were coming from China I requested a refund. I was denied twice. The company stalls and evades the customer for great lengths to make it more difficult for the customer to receive a refund. I did a chargeback through my credit card company for fraudulence and received my money back via that route. The seeds eventually came anyway, but they are not the seeds I ordered. I ordered 100 pink pride of Barbados seeds which I am very familiar with. True POB seeds are tan, triangular, and about the size of a pencil eraser. What I received was a packet of tiny round black seeds—identified as possibly kale, broccoli, or mustard seeds. Definitely not what I paid for. Stay far far away from this company.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD, TOOK MY PAYMENT, NO DELIVERY DETAILS, TOTAL SCAMMERS. SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO RESOLUTION. SHOULD BE BANNED

I ordered seeds in December 2025, it’s March 2026 and after sending them countless emails I got a reply today stating that my seeds were lost in transit. A refund has been promised but I highly doubt I’ll get it. Not good enough!

Paid in good faith (and the company RECEIVED MY MONEY because it was DEDUCTED from my account).
Did not receive a confirmation email (that ACTUAL and trusted companies send).
The company sent me a bogus email showing a fake screen shot of my email address with ‘no details’ typed underneath.
Their email was not signed off either a name or a company logo.
It was worth the loss of $21 to tell them EXACTLY what I thought of them - and it wasn’t pretty.
The company also sent me text message notification TODAY (27/06/2026) dated 13/03/2026 - STILL thinking that I was STUPID enough to believe their BS.
I wish there were a ZERO star rating, because that’s what I would have given them.
