Scam, bought seeds from here a while ago and haven’t received them yet, it’s been months. No tracking info even tho it said I would get tracking and I’ve asked as well, nothing. I’ve messaged them and they reply but nothing ever changes. My credit card had over $700 in fraudulent charges on it after I bought seeds from this company, wouldn’t be surprised if they were involved.

I ordered 3 pairs of period underwear from your moon time. I’ve been waiting over a month and I haven’t received them yet. I checked the tracking and it’s coming from some 3 world country and haven’t even left yet. I think this company are scammers that take ur money and run. Will not reply to anything I email them. I prob won’t be able to get my money refunded and I doubt I’ll ever get the product. Buyer beware. Wish I checked reviews before I bought anything.

I have so many problems with the app and on the web. It’s doesnt work half the time, just freezes up. And it’s ridiculous to try and log in I takes me 30 mins to figure out how to get logged back in if it logs me out. Needs some major improvement. With how much they charge for meals kits they should at least have a working website and app. I have tried to contact HelloFresh or have an email sent to get my password but I get nothing from them, this is so frustrating.
