Highly recommended, very professional and nuisance free service.

The process was straightforward and transparent from start to finish. They informed me when the check for my car was ongoing, when it was advertised and when the bidding started. I also got a detailed report for the car check. The auction lasted till the next day and I got a good value for my car. I received the money the next day after the car was sold. It was indeed a fast process.

It was a great and smooth process of selling our car. We were in a rush because we are moving out of the country and this service is a great way to ride out of the car and the responsibilities with no stress. In 3 days was sold and the money in the bank. You need to be open minded when it comes to the money that you expect but in our case the higher bid was above our expectations. Looks like is more difficult sell our sofa that selling the car with nettbil :)

No hassle. I just delivered the car at NAF and got it sold and received the money within three days.

I put my car in and saw the report which included false information. Even the mileage was wrong. The car I am selling has a fully aluminium alloy body and is only 2 years old but the test report says the wheel arch is rusty, which is a physical impossibility. They also say in the report there are no winter tyres which is false.
There should be an opportunity to discuss the report before bidding starts. I emailed with no response, called them and was told my agent would call me back. I had to call multiple times and eventually someone called me back with 25minutes left on the auction. Their response to my queries was, they test multiple cars every day and it is a 3rd party so unfortunately there's nothing that can be done. Totally useless.

Fast to sale a car than I think

Has been use nettbil to sale my car. the process is much faster and base on their resource. it is almost one day time to make everything done. do not be sad with the earlier bid. the final result may as you want.

It is really good to use nettbil if you are short of car knowledge and want to sale it in a short time!

The report is a bit strict but Viking and NAF wants to show they checked everything without any mistakes.

After 2 failed attempt to register car online, I have called. Someone took up the case and communication went smooth. BUT... evaluation was crazy, I was told that dealer (futher seller) takes around 35% fee, thats why evaluation is so low compared to market price.

We had a great experience using Nettbil.no and can highly recommend them. Prior to selling our car through them I was dubious after reading all the negative reviews however I think if you have realistic expectations then you will be very satisfied. We received 80 000 KR more through Nettbil for our car than a car dealership offered us! We also received fantastic customer service from our advisor Torbjørn Stubberud. The whole service was fast, hassle-free and the money was paid into our account in 2 days.

The process was very quick and I got great support all the way with quick and professional follow up. Was really worth it even though I probably could have gotten some more money for the car by selling it myself. But this was worth those extra money for sure

I am very pleased with this process. It was very clean, smooth and worthy, comparing it to meeting your own customers in a private sales of cars (There are alway some very nice people who are looking for a used car, but I think they often disappear in the crowd of vultures). I am also impressed by the speed of the process. The price I got for the car was according to expectations. Not too high, but it is fair, since Nettbil should have some earnings for the job.

From we started the selling process everything went very smooth and accurate as I was informed prior to the sale. The price was also very satisfying. I am very please with the result and the prosess all the way.

Excellent experience. I sold a small van. The price was lower than what I could get by selling myself, but I spared a lot of time, hassle, possible future claims from the buyer.

Simple and fast way to sell a car. But customer service gave is higher expectations than the final price, and was not accesible when needed, this was inn favour of nettbil and not us.
