Excellent suitcases and great customer service. We ordered our suitcases a few years ago for our honeymoon and since then they have been a trusted companion on all our travels. The quality is excellent, and they ride easily through airports, train stations and most cities.

During one of our first trips we noticed a wheelcap was gone. After contacting customer service we soon got a replacement in our mailbox. Hassle free, free of charge and easy to assemble.

Great quality, feels premium. The wheels roll very smoothly, making it easy and enjoyable to go through the airports. The interior is well organized. Would definitely recommend it.

Recently purchased a set of Nortvi suitcases (1x Large, 1x medium and 1x small). They arrived promptly and are delivered in a nice sack style bag within their packaging. I have used them on two long haul and 2short haul flights now and their quality is very good.

Great suitcase (Essential suitcase Clay)! Sturdy, lightweight and spacious. The wheels rolls very smoothly, there are a lot of handy compartments and the overall quality feels very good. A bit pricey, but still great value for the money and would definitely recommend!!

Been using this suitcase for a few trips now and I’m really happy with it. The wheels are probably my favorite part — they roll so smoothly, even on rough airport floors or cobblestone streets, and it barely feels like you’re dragging any weight. Build quality feels really robust too, no wobbly parts or flimsy zippers.
