Worst luggage

⭐ 1/5 — Worst luggage I’ve ever purchased

Extremely disappointed with the quality of this luggage. One of the wheels broke after just ONE use, which is completely unacceptable.

The suitcase looks nice, but unfortunately the quality does not match the appearance or the price. The wheels and other parts feel like very cheap plastic and clearly aren’t made to withstand normal travel.

I’ve owned many suitcases over the years and I have never had a wheel break after a single trip. I was left abroad with a damaged suitcase that I could no longer properly use and had to get rid of it.

Definitely the worst luggage I’ve ever owned. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for something durable and reliable for travelling.

After you contacted us about the damaged wheel, we immediately sent you a replacement wheel free of charge. You later informed us that the suitcase had already been disposed of while you were abroad, which unfortunately means we are no longer able to inspect the suitcase or the damage.

We are currently still in contact with you by email and have asked for some additional information about how the damage occurred so we can assess the situation properly and see what further solution we may be able to offer.

I ordered the blue voyagoux classic in L and it looks stunning. I got my suitcase one day after ordering it and the suitcase itself moves smoothly.
