Indeed a scam and nothing compared to a Nordic store as the name wrongly suggests. Products are shipped from china , and there is literally 0 customer service. My lamps arrived broken and I keep asking for a full return and refund over emails and chat only to receive the same messages that started to feel like a chat bot to be honest. They are not following their own policy and instead they re shipped my order saying that if i am still not satisfied they will make a refund. I really doubt this will ever happen. Do not order from this site it’s like Temu as another person suggested, but covered under a Nordic name. Shame on them !

Beware of this site! It's the antithesis of Nordic. It's basically a Temu-esque charade, marquerading as Nordic. I should have figured it out by how busy the webpage looked. Poor quality products made/shipped from China.

It's a dropshipping scam, blatent lies on the website, shitty plastic products and horrible customer service.

The website said the product was made of wood, and it sure costs like wood. It's actually made of plastic, and when I asked to return it they demanded I paid shipping to China. Never again
