Ordering a wand at £23 which was taken from my account ,within seconds another £24 was taken for another 2 wands that I did not order contacted them immediately by email for a refund and am getting no reply at all ,I have now sent 5 emails to no avail would no recommend anyone orders from this company

Emailed the company to ask for the ingredients!! How can you sell something without displaying the ingredients upon delivery? Makes no sense.
How can you use the word collagen? There no collagen in this product. The product made my skin shine but it just reminds me of a lip balm for a face therefore it's overpriced and not something I would buy again.
