Fantastic service from Myrent
We use myrent for 2 rentals and they are fantastic and take the stress out of everything. The customer service is also quick and clear. We have also just used myrent to advertise our rental and got a great response from prospective tenants. Totally recommend.

Myrent made the whole process easier
Myrent made the whole process so much easier. I got notifications of applications and enquires, and from there myrent kept all the enquires in a list and I could put into categories. It gave options to invite to apply or softly decline. It has a tenant check button that checks their background. Then it helps with all the application process step by step and fills in the information it has on the tenants n the forms to save time.
Very easy to use, and was cheaper than going through trademe directly. Myrent listed on trademe platinum listing and other platforms to get interest all at a better price than trademe.

Hi Janelle, some reference checks can take longer to complete, particularly when we’re waiting for people to respond. We do our best to contact referees and follow up, but unfortunately response times can be outside our control.
