Once again we have successfully rented a property through MyRent. I love the fact that it's so easy to set up your advertising - they even have an automated tool that can write your description for you.
I always choose the option of the Trade Me premium listing - it gets you off to a good start. We had loads of interest - starting within the first couple of days of listing. The myRent system makes it easy to keep tack of the enquiries, bump applicants up to a short list and process the applications including doing tenant checks.
As yet I haven't tried the property management side of things, as we have our own existing system in place, but it looks like it would be quite good.

MyRent is a great service for renting a property. So easy to get your property on several different websites so you get good coverage of people looking to rent.
Response was really great - had a couple of highly suitable candidates within a few days.
We haven't used the part where you use MyRent to generate the tenancy agreement, nor the Management parts as yet, but I can see that would be useful if you are not used to doing your own management.

Ordered shoe arch supports - and they were so good I have ordered more. The value is very good.

There could have been more detail about the products, and maybe some reviews of the products.
Also, after I purchased I did not get an email immediately confirming the purchase.

Very helpful app, with great user interface design. Simple yet powerful and intuitive to use.

myRent is a great way to find a new tenant. I had heaps of enquiries , made use of the application feature and tenant checking, and chose a tenant based on those plus meeting the tenant face to face.
I have not used the on-boarding feature or property management.
