We have been using this watch for 6 months now, and we've had a very good experience, especially when I compare it with the Xplora 6 we were using. This is a much better watch. Sometimes it shows ce... See more

This is my first time buying a phone watch, and the setup is a bit more complicated than I expected. I haven’t watched all of the videos , so hopefully they will clear up some confusion about why we haven’t been able to get the network calls to work.
The location identification is wrong, not accurately as i thought. Also, the watch easily get heated up. We only use it for less than 5 mins.
Experience was great.
Product note: This is the 2nd replacement band I have had to purchase. It would be great if there were some alternate material changes.
It was easy to order replacement screws and they arrived quickly.
Kids loved the watches!
The interface is easy to use, as is the App for adults. It's also helpful that I can add contacts who can communicate without the use of the proprietary app (so through SMS or cell call) - great for grandparents, cousins and friends.
It took awhile to figure out the problem but it’s finally been solved. I wish we had backed up my son’s device before it broke. He lost all of his contacts. I’m satisfied that it’s working again
I called with an issue with my son’s watch and was able to get the issue resolved easier than I thought. Thank you
Your team helped me right away! Amazing experience
Staff was helpful and issue was resolved promptly. Really loved the service from ticktalk
Thanks for delivering the replacement SIM Cap in place of the one which was misplaced accidentally. The customer service was great!

Two watches go bad within 1 year of purchase. It just stopped working. No reason. My guess is it was refurbished watch and not brand new.
The second watch they sent me was also a refurbished watch that someone else had used. This is why they insist that it be in good presentable condition if you need to return the watch.
The second watch that I sent back was in perfect condition. It was not damaged inside or out with not a single scratch!
The watch likely just needed a new charger or battery, as it just stopped charging. Next thing I know, I get an email stating there was damage and now I need to pay $100. I believe they mixed up the watch I sent with someone else's. The watch I sent back was in perfect condition.
Bad business practices. Low quality items. Somehow they've managed to get many negative reviews removed - reviews that I saw last year and decided to ignore and give it a try.
I got shafted just like the others.

We received the replacement device; however before we were even able to activate it, we were not able to get it to charge or turn on.

I am unable to get the messaging to work on the watch. I'm not sure how to fix this as I have youtubed several videos but nothing has helped.

My daughter isn't mature enough to use it. I'll return it.

The shipping was excellent... The actual product... The wristband.... Needs much work... This is my 4th or 5th wristband in 2 years because they keep tearing and eventually breaking completely... Do better Tick Talk! The material of the wristband needs to be stronger, especially since the watch itself is geared towards kids...And the company needs more options in designs for the wristband... The same basic 4 colors is too Simplistic... This is 2026...why the same 4 colors the last yesrs with no changes... Do better Tick Talk!

Been using for a couple weeks. Calls don't go through all the time if you block unknown callers on the app even if your contact is added. It dies super quickly. Doesn't even last a full day. The location isn't very precise either. When it does work, its nice. My kids can play outside and I'm not worried about them cause my eldest can just call.

Took over a month to get the wristband replaced, was told over and over that I would be contacted by a real agent, never happened even though I was told my case would be prioritized more than once. Called the live support and only got the voicemail. When I finally got the wristband replaced, the wristband color didn’t match the watch. Horrible customer service could have been redeemed if the real agent showed more concerned about the customers’ issue(s). Waited over a month for a replacement, was lied to multiple times, the wristband is faulty by design…it would have been nice if the wristband at least matched the watch and/or asked what color for the replacement. Also, please consider adding a keyboard so the child can text, it may help them with spelling, grammar, and more importantly if the child is in a dangerous situation and cannot speak. Regardless, thank you for the replacement
