anyway, i am doing this review because i received an e-mail from muziker, but the joys are not giving me any joy at the moment as i am still waiting for ups to deliver these joys to me.it was scheduled for today, waiting at home all day, but i am not seeing anyone. today 7 september, dispatched order 28 august.

Everything excellent except for the UPS courrier that did not bother to phone me when he tried to consign the package (I was at home) and brought it back to the distribution point so that I had to go to fetch it myself.

Really bad experience
I wanted to cancel my order a couple hours after it was placed but unfortunately they said it was already going to be shipped and they told me to refuse the delivery. But I wasn’t able to do so because I didn’t received any notification about the shipment and the delivery guy rang and left the package in the staircase. So now I’m stucked with a really bad backpack because returning it on my own will cost me 20€ (1/4 of the bag). But the crazy thing is that the prepaid label from Muziker will cost me even more, around 26€, which is crazy because they are supposed to get better fare than me. So I will never buy again from them.
UPDATE: Muziker replied to my review stating the false. I’ve never received any communication about the shipment, not in my inbox and neither in the Spam. They keep lying, so why would I trust’em again???
