TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Destroyed vinyl, pathetic packaging and zero customer support
Order number: EY262942768
I ordered a vinyl record from Muziker and it arrived completely bent, and unplayable due to embarrassing, cheap packaging with absolutely no protection. Their shipping standards for fragile items are non-existent.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a total joke. Nobody replies on WhatsApp. On their website, the complaint is stuck in a ridiculous internal “diagnostic” status.
They are demanding the return of a completely destroyed and unsellable item, showing zero flexibility or respect for the customer.
Shameful customer support and pathetic management of shipping damages.
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE BUYING VINYL OR FRAGILE GOODS. I will never buy from them again.
Ho ordinato un disco in vinile da Muziker ed è arrivato completamente piegato a causa di un imballaggio imbarazzante e privo di qualsiasi protezione. Servizio logistico assolutamente non professionale per supporti così delicati.
Come se non bastasse, l'assistenza clienti è un muro di gomma. Su WhatsApp non risponde nessuno. Nel loro portale la pratica è bloccata in una ridicola "diagnostica" interna.
Pretendono la restituzione di un oggetto palesemente distrutto e invendibile, senza mostrare alcuna flessibilità o rispetto per il cliente.
Servizio clienti vergognoso e gestione dei danni totalmente fallimentare.
SCONSIGLIO A CHIUNQUE DI ACQUISTARE VINILI O MERCE FRAGILE DA QUESTO SITO. Non comprerò mai più da loro.

I finally found a vinyl I had been struggling to track down, and it was available here. Order processing was fast, delivery was quick, and the packaging was excellent. Truly a great experience.

Items arrived in relative quick time! only ""negative"" was one of the vynils had a paper sleeve that was slightly damaged,but i don't mind too much,since the vynils themselves arrived in excellent condition. overall,satisfied with the service!
