If you're a professional or touring musician, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
This shop is just not professional. Feels more like it's made for hobbyists or housewives than for actual working musicians.
I’m an international artist with a company in Estonia, and I needed to ship an item to Italy. In the EU, that usually means you can make a VAT-exempt order—no problem with other shops. But here, it was a mess.
Customer service (Dávid at Italian part) didn’t try to help at all. Just sent copy-pasted, AI-sounding replies and completely ignored the issue. Honestly, if you're working with artists and creatives, you need to do better than that.
If you're a professional or touring musician, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Very good service.
I searched for a LP that was nowhere to be found. Not even in the greatest web market, you know what I'm referring to. But I found it here. Being an LP I was a bit scared because of course it's a very fragile item. Actually it was packed very well, with plastic bubble wrap and strong cardboard.
Totally satisfied. Will buy here again for sure in the future.

Muziker is great, DPD parcel delivery service a nightmare.
Not my first order with Muziker, the usual great choice, good prices and great customer support. Probably not their fault, but it took almost 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive, when I received it the box was damaged, only kept together with some tape (marked BRT, the Italian company that took over the parcel from DPD). Fortunately the items I ordered were in perfect conditions. I tried to contact (in that oder) the local BRT Italian depot, the Slovakian DPD support and lastly the Austrian DPD one. It only got sorted by Muziker professional customer service (and a bit of luck!). Unfortunately DPD and BRT online tracking system was useless and those I contacted didn't have a clue where the parcel might be. Now I am afraid to order again because of that because of the experience with the shipping. Muziker, please take notice!
