My original report was poor, but I just revised it. I first said, "You sent me the wrong key. I just double checked on your website that I ordered correctly: I did. Other than that, the price was good... See more
Excellent product and service at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be using Mr-Key again. From one very happy customer. Thank you Richard
I heard about long delays for shipping but I received my order less than one week, that’s extremely fast and about quality that’s not perfect but it’s like 8/10. It works !

Keys didn't fit
Keys didn't fit. I was told that code E8004 was equal to code Z8004. Unfortunately that is not the fact and thats it.

Good accessibility
Good accessibility (via email) and customer service. The key housing turned out not to fit. They were very helpful in exploring various solutions. Ultimately, I received a refund without having to return the item.

The quality was almost perfect
The quality was almost perfect. Unfortunately, the keys (4 of them) had not been deburred. Delivery took 14 days, which was unfortunately a bit longer than stated. On the other hand, communication and the price of the keys were excellent.

Order with confidence - excellent products and service
Cannot fault Mr Key. Ordered a key, having it cut from a picture. Very prompt despatch, but unfortunately the courier lost it. Waited a reasonable time to give the courier a chance, then contacted Mr Key, who responded immediately. They were very helpful and cut another key for me, which was promptly despatched, and arrived very quickly. Their keys are excellent quality and very good value for money. Very easy to order, backed up by superb, friendly and polite customer service. What more could a customer want! Thank you Mr Key.
