I have been using MiniTool products professionally and recently needed assistance after replacing the motherboard in my computer. As a result of the hardware change, my license required reactivation.

I contacted MiniTool Support and received a fast response from Yoga. My license was reset promptly, and the issue was resolved without any hassle. The communication was clear, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process.

Good tool, with really good support!

Had a problem with my ability to clone my operating system due to something stopping my target disk from being used. Jason fom Mini Tool aws exceptional in resolving the issue

I was able to download the tool, create partitions, migrate my OS to a SDD allowing for more available disk space. When I updated windows, I lost the program, went to MiniTool chat and in two minutes had the program back and installed. Great experience.

They are great. I bought a lifetime subscription in early 2000's and they continue to support me.

I have been using several MiniTool products over the years and love their products. Recently had a license renewal issue and contacted their customer service, They were extremely helpful, efficient and prompt and the issue was resolved in one interaction. Great experience.

It is something I stumbled on, and I am glad i did.
The software just works as it should - they continually improve and ensure it is current. When I had a problem and had to reach out for assistant - they were prompt, and professional, and resolved my issue quickly.
Definitely something I would be happy to recommend.

I have found MiniTool to be a surprisingly useful app in performing the necessary changes in my internal SSD. The outlay of the screen tells me exactly what I need to know. My latest experience was due to a backup of my computer which caused my license to be erroneously invalid. Support fixed this within a day of my email contact to them. What more could I have asked?

I tried it and ended the trial because I didn't like the way the program would make blanket changes to my system without letting me know what it was going to do. It didn't give me a choice to allow or disallow the changes it was going to make.

Thought my license was perpetual, but it wasn't. Despite this, I was given a good discount on a perpetual license. Assistant was direct and I appreciate that it wasn't AI driven.
