I ordered a item never recieved it emailed them n no response

Ordered, paid but nothing received, which seems to be the way this company works, from reading other reviews. Will try to get my money back but don’t hold out much hope. If it’s good news, I’ll report back but not hopeful. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a Harrington Jacket it never arrived. Payment taken straight out of my bank account. When asked for refund Mighty Deals sent a product. Not a Harrington Jacket, cheap imported counterfeit from China. Sent garment straight back (had to search for address on internet no refund address given). Mighty deals registered in London but they were in CHINA. I contacted both China and Mighty Deals and was told LIE after LIE. NEVER RESPONDED TO EMAILS CORRECTLY - REFUND DENIED. When I eventually (after numerous e-mails and letters told them I was reporting them to Trading Standards I got a refund of initial postage and garment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A CON.

I ordered solar Garden lights and paid for postage over 4wks ago and as I am sending this review, Nothing has arrived .I have emailed them, they sent me a tiny written automatic reply saying it's between me and the seller. For God's sake I don't know the seller. No Phone number, nothing. I keep receiving more adverts emails to buy more goods. If I log on to my orders all I see is redeem a discount voucher £6.99 each time. It's now clear I have been scammed a total of £36 in this hard time, I will consider it as money lost but I pray on behalf of all of us innocent victims, that whoever is doing this will not live long to enjoy his or her criminal money ,he or she shall be plagued by an incurable illness in Jesus Name . Amen.

Ordered a product from Mighty Deals months ago not received it tried to contact them to discuss where my order was found it almost impossible so please don't use this company

Had these for 11 months and they worked well and I was pleased with them. Then one day the light wouldn't work when I put them on, only when the arms of the glasses were closed. Wouldn't buy again as they might not last very long

I ordered ear pods and received them today they are absolutely rubbish like listening to some thing out of a tin can have not got anything good about them whatsoever avoid buying if I was you wast of money will not go near this company anymore

Money paid out but no goods received contact with the firm was made and after going back and forth they told me in december 2022 that it had been too long to pursue the complaint although i had first been in touch at the beginning of september. They must be making a fortune

I ordered two dental flossers in early January £39.99 not received anything or heard from you not good customer service

If you order one of their deal boxes you end up with junk. Not worth the postage.

I ordered two seperate colours of towels and paid two post payments and nothing has arrived. This order was placed in January, I have emailed but no response just keep getting more silly emails about their products, dont understand how they are allowed to operate!!

Received a mystery box of complete rubbish do not use

Ordered some Security Lights and they never arrived. Mighty Deals said their products were in London but they were in CHINA. I contacted both China and Mighty Deals and was told LIES (products on its way). NEVER ARRIVED, NEVER RESPONDED TO EMAILS. I am going to report to Trading Standards and put on Social Media for people NOT TO BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Buyers Beware do not buy from this website. I ordered a Chromebook and Apple Bundle. It was nothing like what was advertised. On close inspection they had covered the chromebook with black tough sticky back plastic. The camera was cracked and scratched. A lot of scratches back and front and a dirty keyboard. The chromebook said Lenovo and the plug was to an Acer laptop which stated may become hot.
It was delivered in a cheap cardboard box that cost 50p and the chromebook wasn’t even in its own box it was in bubble wrap which cost a pound. They charged me 14.99 for shipping. I contacted them and they tried to pass blame. Do not buy anything electrical. This could have caused a fire in my home and there has been no response from their company. I have contacted my bank to report this scam and Trading standards. You didn’t want to take responsibility for something that is sold on your website. I sent them 9 photos and a lot of messages. You falsely advertised this chromebook which could have caused a fire or serious injury on your website. The customer services is terrible as well.

I was concerned I wouldn't get the 3 x reindeer I ordered after reading reviews. I wrote to the company who assured me they arrive within 3-7 days, and they did. They are strongly made, I bolted them together, threaded through the lights and they are so lovely. So glad I ordered them. They light up my garden.

Order never came, was a xmas present,that I ordered in November.
all I got was a confirmation email.

Absolutely appalling experience, ordered an item, paid and patiently waited. Received an email saying "following your cancellation, we have refunded you" - I did not cancel but sent 3 unanswered emails asking what was going on with nil response - avoid and save your money, appears total scam by a company whose vocabulary does not include customer service.
