Purchased a jacket on the 20th July,it has yet to arrive

I only received one dress and it was a size too big. The other two items were a plastic fake Calvin klein bag & a silk scarf. I was expecting three clothing items, it’s not clear that this won’t be the case. Really disappointed.

Very smelly garments, doesn't come out after several washes.

Hey, I want to say a big thank you. Honestly, I was really worried before placing the order because I was scared it might be a scam. I’ve had bad experiences many times before, and since I’m ordering from New Zealand to the UK, I was a little nervous.

But I received such amazing service from you. I can’t explain how happy I am. The jacket arrived very quickly, and the condition was perfect — it looks brand new and completely original.

I didn’t bother reading reviews ahead of ordering from the website, just went ahead and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items and how quickly they arrived. Sizing was bang on as described and have recommended to friends and family. Will be buying from them again for sure 🎯

I ordered a 5-piece mystery box and it wasn’t exactly what I expected. Within that box I received alo sweatpants, which I can get from the alo store in person.

Lowkey all the clothes I received were not my style except one jacket.

Did I get clothes that were equivalent to what I paid for? Yes. Was the experience worth $200 USD? No.

I would just buy pieces individually off their website instead since they do have cute pieces on there. But I would avoid the mystery boxes.

My size preference was ignored. I’m a m-l US and I received smalls and x large

Bought a few things and was so excited as I love buying sustainably. Half of what I got was fabulous and I was thrilled. The other half was damaged beyond repair even though they hadn’t put photos of/listed the damage. So so disappointed. Tried hard to rescue the items coz they were cute but mostly failed as they were honestly shredded

I ordered on a Thursday and received the package on Monday! So fast arrival. The clothes came well packaged, and accurate to the descriptions/photos on the website. When I opened the parcel I was expecting that vintage/charity shop smell, but honestly they all smell as if they've been through the wash! I'm gonna wash em just in case, but still. I was a little dubious originally cause the prices are so good and I know some reviews aren't good, but yeah, much better than expected! Very happy with the order. Give em a try. :)

Not happy. I paid £3.65 postage to return my item only to then not receive my refund. Terrible company, will never use again.

Have ordered a few items from them, and shipping usually quick and well communicated. Half the items ordered were not the size I thought they would be, eg. 36 inch waist jeans measured at 35; But no great issues. However, bought a garment advertised as " shorts", which arrived as very badly cut off jeans. Asked for a free shipping return label on the basis that these were not really advertised as what they were ( and were quite expensive for what was essentially a pair of mutilated jeans). The customer service department refused, stating that a line in the description absolved them from responsibility. So, returned for a refund, not made super easy on their website (and their return address isn't one registered on the Royal Mail database). That will be the last order I make from them. Chalked up to experience with another corporate entity that puts profit over customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered the 3 piece mystery box. I listed my size, my preference in fabrics, style I liked. I received a pair of gorgeous jeans 3 sizes too small , a top made of polyester which was a fabric I listed as a dislike, and another top that looks like a child’s . I get it’s a mystery box but why ask for as much detail so they can supposedly pick items you can actually wear…..

Webpage is filled with lies like ”22 people have this in their cart”, ”usually sells within 48 hours”, and ”155 people viewing”. Pretty sure it’s illegal to mislead customers with lies like that…?
Also noticed that they slowly lower the prices the longer an article is up.

Colors were a bit different from the photos, but I did get what I ordered. The tax / customs were expensive to Sweden, and the shipping took about 2 weeks.

Pretty sure they don’t wash / clean the clothes, since I found used tissues and a packet of unused tissues in the pocket. These did not look like they had been through a washer.
I have emailed them about this and I’m awaiting a response. Will update review if they answer.

Previously customer service has responded, but they feel copy-pasted.

Probably not going to buy anything else from here, because of the trash in the pockets, the false statements on their site, and the expensive customs fee, but they did at least send me what I ordered, and has quickly responded to my emails.

I got a quick response from the customer service. They did not answer my question about if they wash their clothes or not, but they did refund me 30%.

This is the first time I have used this company , I took all reviews with a pinch of salt as I've learned they are not always what they seem !!! But , I sent for a Gilet and was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived , and how good it is , the colour and quality are much better than the photos , so reall very happy and will def use them again

Quite poor. The website states that each item is measured by hand to verify the measurements, but evidently this is not the case as the trousers I bought were 3 inches shorter than advertised.

Seen an instagram advert, and was really impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the Levis. I’m convinced they’d never been worn. Bargain.

My order was delivered quickly and was as expected. I was pleased with the quality and condition.
