Clothes arrived promptly and in a better condition that I had actually thought given they’re second hand. I had to return one of the items as I ordered the wrong size and the process was very easy with funds returned on time. Would recommend to a friend :)

Incredible website, I find rare pieces of vintage and second hand clothing at really low prices in comparison with other vintage shops and even vinted!

I recently bought a bulk order of wholesale clothing from this company and unfortunately the experience wasn’t what was advertised. The listing stated Grade A/B but what I received felt the all grade B, A large number of items had noticeable imperfections, and many pieces were low‑value styles that don’t resell well in today’s market. Because of this, the potential revenue advertised didn’t reflect reality. This was my first purchase from the company and, based on the quality received, it will also be my last.

Extremely disappointed with this store. I placed my order on July 24th, and it took until August 4th to arrive.
To make matters worse, upon delivery, I was hit with an unexpected €40 customs fee on top of the €63 (€50 for items + €13 for shipping) I had already paid at checkout. These additional charges were never made clear during the checkout process.
Due to the total lack of transparency and excessive shipping delays, I refused the delivery and requested a full refund. European buyers, beware of hidden costs! If had the possibility i would put 0 stars thats unecceptable.

I ordered a dress but didn’t receive it. I got my package intact with the rest, but this dress was missing. When I asked about it they answered fast, said it’s missing and wanted to refund me the price of the item. I asked where it went and reminded them, that I paid more than their listed price (border and international cc use fees) they offered to pay the latter but ignored the first. I don’t care about the few bucks more but I’m mad how they handled this. I see only 3 ways this could have happened.
1) someone bought the dress the exact time I did and their order got shipped first. Would suck, but can happen. This did happen to me with another “one of a kind” online shop and they explained the issue to me. I feel like this is a very easy issue to explain so they probably would have done that too, if that’s what happend.
2) their whole business is so chaotic/some items can actually go missing even with the tags and everything
3) an employee saw the dress, liked it and took it. Maybe theft maybe accepted policy that employees get dibs to buy stuff even if already sold.
Whatever the reason. I’m not going to shop on messinahembry again. It’s the 4th time I ordered, the first 2 were great, the 3nd they send my one order in two packages so I had to pay the border control fee twice. And now this. A 50/50 chance of being screwed over is definetly too high for me.

Pleased with my items, exactly as described and arrived in good time. Some really good bargains priced cheaper then some charity shops, plus there’s usually a discount code about to get an even bigger saving
