This was my first time ordering from MesonArt, and I couldn't be happier! The horse painting is absolutely stunning, featuring incredible, vibrant colors that prove it is a genuine, handmade piece. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. They provided updates throughout the delivery process and even reached out to ensure the painting met my expectations. The artwork arrived beautifully and securely packaged.

Scam!!! The website looked absolutely trustful - the address was in the USA ( in WyoMING) , US telephone number, prices in USD. This is done intentionally to mislead customers and it is just the begging of the whole scam. I live in Europe and the whole procedure of sending pictures abroad seemed to me tedius, but doable. I so much wanted exactly one picture, I didn’t care checking the artist. A couple weeks later I have received the photo of the picture. What a shame, such Spanish shape! To say that it was poorly done is not the right word. It was a disaster! The strokes were different, the colors were different, techniques were different! Mesonart replied that every piece of art is „individuell“. Before you buy something on their website check the artist. Some of artist are not existent, some are AI-generated. Sometimes Mesonart uses the names of living little known artist, but their style is completely different from what Mesonart claims as original. The picture is sent from Xiamen, China and money is booked in Hong Kong. In the end I was so disgusted by this continuous cheating, that I refused FeDex delivery. Mesonart art refunded me total amount paid, I assume because I have bought the insurance. But the customs fee and VAT I still had to pay. It was a loss of time and money.

My consultant has kept me posted every step of the way. My first painting arrived, carefully packaged, and is just what it looked like in the preview photos provided. I can't wait to see the other 3, which should be arriving soon.

The artwork arrived in perfect condition and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The frames are sturdy and well made, and hanging the pieces was easy. They kept me updated the whole way through. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Outstanding artist and outstanding work

I recently ordered the large horse canvas from MesonArt and when it arrived, the colours were quite different that the website reflected (very beige/pink instead of creams & whites). I was quite worried as the piece was a fair price but the colours just didn't work with my space. I reached out to advise them of my concerns and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with their customer service. They were keen to correct this and offered to replace it. The exchange was very professional and I was duly impressed with how they handled the whole issue. It was my first time ordering from MesonArt and I look forward to ordering more art work from them in the future. I would also highly recommend them for customizable art work. I LOVE the piece and will enjoy it for many years.

Absolutely love my painting from Mesonart! It’s even more beautiful in person and fits perfectly in our home. The quality is excellent and the whole experience was smooth and professional. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Mesonart!

Chinese company. Even though they say you can get a refund if there is something wrong with the painting, you will need to pay the shipping cost back to China… usually the same as the initial price.

Great pieces of artwork. You order what you like and all artwork is individualized according to your wishes. Quality is excellent, service and guidance too. At every step you can approve to continue to assure that the artwork does satisfies you completely. It was send to us and after a week we received it, all carefully packed and again supervised by Tina to make sure the package was well and safely received. We are very pleased!

I saw the picture I wanted and the size I needed. It came beautifully wrapped and I am very happy with my picture.

I was looking for a very specific colour, size and I wanted it to be original artwork. I was looking for months!! I was very skeptical initially about this site. In fact I bought something and cancelled straight away only to find something else and went through with it. It was risky I think and I was worried I would get something quite tacky. But I am just wowed every time I see this piece in our dining room. It has just been installed and it looks insanely nice. It's just the perfect piece. The process of ordering it, having it shipped etc was also very straight forward. The only annoying thing is that I now have this massive box that it came in that I have to somehow get rid of. I would recommend this site but I guess the quality of the piece may depend on which artist you get I presume.

WARNING! This is a Chinese company that ships their artwork directly from China. I don’t have a problem with that. But, they falsely advertise their artwork, as “handmade”. When I received the painting, it looked nothing like from their website, and veryyyyy far away from “handmade”—more like a printed “handmade”. Anyhow, after reaching out, stating my issue, they went ghost, of course. I filed a dispute with my bank, and they’re sending threatening emails to withdraw my bank dispute. I don’t understand how they allow these kind of companies do business in the USA. They’re clearly scammers. Becareful, don’t go through the same headache as me!!
