I ordered a very large custom painting…
I ordered a very large custom painting and was amazed by the quality and the issues of shipping it because I am so scared of the damage issues. I also asked if we can do a custom color of the frame. We exchanged emails in a week and they are so patient in terms of sending us the frame colors that they can offer. It took another 3 weeks and it finally arrived. It's exactly as what they promised. The brushwork is stunning and everyone who visits asks where we bought it. Love everything. Guys, don't be shy to ask them for the frame picutres and frames that they can offer. They can offer a lot of nice options.

Severely disappointed
I'm surprised Kline does not have any kind of quality control over the art work. What we received lacked the lighting characteristics and finesse that made the original picture special. It was very rudimentary and not an acceptable representation of the artwork we chose. We asked they to stop work on the art work and redo it, but they sent it to us anyway and stated they would refuse to take it back. Or mistake for trusting that they would oversee the production of a good product.

As our artworks are individually made to order, we contacted you four times by email during the production process specifically to request your feedback and approval. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required response or instructions within the timeframe provided. We understand that you were away on holiday at the time; however, this was outside the control of both Kline Collective and the artist, and production could not be placed on hold indefinitely without communication.
We take quality control and customer feedback very seriously, which is precisely why we reached out more than once before the artwork was completed and dispatched. It is therefore disappointing to see the situation presented as though your concerns were ignored and the artwork was simply sent despite your instructions.
Our made-to-order policies and production procedures exist to ensure that customers have an opportunity to provide feedback while also allowing our artists to complete orders within reasonable timelines. We always endeavor to work constructively with our customers, but this requires timely communication and cooperation from both sides.
We stand behind the efforts made by our team and artist throughout this order and believe it is important that the full circumstances are represented fairly.

Very professional gallery from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my painting. The digital simulation fits my visions well. They confirmed all the tiny details of the colors before painting. It took about 2 weeks for them to finalize the painting. The preview process gave me so much confidence before it shipped, and the final artwork exceeded my expectations. The artwork arrived safely inside a sturdy wooden crate, and there wasn’t a single scratch or dent on the frame. The crate definitely protected the painting well. My only suggestion is that it’s quite heavy and not the easiest thing to dispose of afterward. Also, if Kline Collective ever offers installation services or additional shipping options besides DHL, that would make the experience even better. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the artwork and the service.
