Took too long for the order to get out the door. Then when the tracking was finally sent to me it didn’t have an updated status. And when it was finally updated, showed it was being delivered that same day. Tracking should be a tool we can use to follow our order.

Hi Armida, thank you for your feedback. Once an order has shipped, the tracking information is automatically sent to the email address on file. While we provide the tracking number as soon as it becomes available, the tracking status and scan updates themselves are managed directly by the courier and unfortunately are outside of our control.
This does appear to have been an unusual occurrence, as tracking will typically update throughout the shipment's journey, allowing customers to follow their order along the way. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when those updates are delayed, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Upon delivery
Upon delivery, I immediately noticed that the package appeared to be compromised. When I opened the shipping box, the contents were saturated with liquid. The inside of the Styrofoam cooler was wet, and it appears that one of the ice packs may have been damaged during transit and leaked throughout the package.
Additionally, the Dysport was not maintained within the recommended temperature range upon arrival. All ice packs were completely melted, and the interior of the Styrofoam container was significantly warm. Due to these conditions, I am concerned that the product's integrity and effectiveness may have been compromised
