It was my first step in speedcubing. I decided to order my first cube as MoYu rs3m v5 UV+Ball. Definitely it is my one of the best orders over internet. I got coupon and free prize, so instead of one cube, I have got 2 cubes and stand for cube. A few hours later I've decided to change my free add-on, but it wasn't possible.. Why? Because my parcel already have been shipped and going to impressive and fast speed delivery way. I have got my parcel in 3 days after order had been happened.
And price.. Price was lower than on AliExpress or another sites. And I have got more stuff for less money.
Definitely I will order again from mastercube and recommend to my friends do it too.

In the past, I bought about $1,000 worth of cubes from them without any issues. However, this time the package never arrived, and the money was not refunded either.

I chose 3 because tracking says delivery was attempted a few days ago (it wasn't) and I would be contacted as to where to collect my parcel from (I haven't).

UPDATE: After posting this review, the customer service team contacted me right away. Benjamin explained that the specific numbered replacement blocks (No. 10 and 11) are unfortunately no longer in production. Since they could not supply the correct parts, they issued a full refund of €20.85 for the Klotski Number Pieces Set. I appreciate their quick action and fair solution once the issue was brought to their attention.

I have ordered multiple cubes there. Very reliable and fast. They reply to customer enquiries quickly and in a very friendly manner.

Fast postage. Had a small issue before the package was shipped and support answered basically immediately and had the perfect response.

After the order I asked about the change but nobody answered. The next day goods was shipped.
PS: Reaction time 2-3 days is quite old school nowadays.
