I bought a beautiful couch from Massivmoebel24 and at first it was nice.. But something went wrong.. And that happens sometimes.
They were very kind, quick to respond to resolve the issues.
After a few weeks the issue couldn't be resolved.. It got worse.
The customer service was very kind and correct.
It wasn't their fault that issue couldnt be resolved.
Very correct company!!!
Sometimes a product is faulty and that happens.. But they way a company response to it is very important and Massivmoebel handled it correctly!!

Awful logistics
Seems like good quality furniture, but their logistics are awful.
The initial delivery date offered was nearly 2 weeks longer than their advertised 3-5 working days delivery time.
Then there was no delivery on the date agreed with their logistics partner, and no communication as to why, they just didn't turn up. I took a full day off work to receive delivery based on the company's own explanation of how their freight delivery system works, and because of the 8 hour delivery window I was given. Then they turned up two days later with one hour notice and dumped the product on the doorstep while I was on vacation, even after I requested them not to.
Its a shame, because I like their furniture and I would probably buy more, but the effort required to obtain it is beyond reasonable because of their unreliability.

The Sheesham desk, model Metro 119 came very well packed.We were pleasantly surprised when at home we discovered one did not need any screws , any "how to " indications.The desk came partly assembled(the two lateral parts separately), and the top separately.So, big package but very smart divided in 3 parts.The wood looks super beautiful, the quality of the woodwork is excellent, and the assembly , after unpacking takes about 10 minutes tops.
After several unhappy experiences with other companies in Germany and Austria, we have to "give Cesar what's Cesar's".Massivemoebel24.de is the best , from taking the order, to delivery , not to mention the quality of the product.One would say"the old, renowned German Quality"

the delivery was extremely problematic
the delivery was extremely problematic! It was delivered infront Haupteingangstür of building when it was raining. There was no option of extra delivery till Wohnung, despite living on first floor with lift. I had to pay someone extra 40€ just to have it moved from infront of building inside so the wood doesn't get wet in rain. Extremely rude delivery personal.
While building the bed there were holes missing which were supposed to be there according to instructions.
overall, not very satisfied with the buy

Reliable and robust furniture
We have ordered a Sheesham Vitrine from their website. It is really strong and robust. Best part was, it was built already and sent to us in a really nice and strong packaging. There was no extra effort to build it at home. There was a small issue with it and team has resolved it within couple of days. Reliable team.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Orderded a dining table with bench. Expected delivery time was 6-16 weeks which we respected. Table came on time, but after 19 weeks, still no bench. No apology, no info, nothing. Sent them an email and received another standard shipment email to wait 6-16 weeks again. Called them, no apology, no compensation. All they could say is we we can’t help you and we can’t call the manufacturer because it can slow down the processes further and they cannot tell us when the bench will arrive. Could be tomorrow, could be months. They said we can cancel the order via the contact form on the website.

On December 10 I bought a table for my new studio cost € 658.94 ready for delivery (10/15 days)
to date, after more than a month, the table has not yet arrived. I sent many emails to ask what happened and they replied only once saying that the shipment was on its way to Italy. As of today, January 19th nothing has arrived, the shipment is updated on December 17th, I believe that the goods have been lost. The seller no longer replies to my emails. A complaint will follow shortly as they took my money but the goods never arrived!

We confirm an order has been submitted to our company on December 10, but would also like to remind that, both, on order confirmation and on our website we settled an information that explained, that all orders that will be submitted on December, could have 2-4 weeks of delay, due to Christmas closures of our delivery company. So we settled an approx. delivery date on 10 January (with the option that it could arrive to the consignee 2-4 weeks later) what is in any case an estimated and not fixed date.
As you stated, you contacted us on January 04, but not with multiple mails, but one. We answered as soon as we received an appropriate information from our delivery company. The furniture was delivered at the end of January to you with a delay which we would still like to apologize for.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenient and hope that the able finally met your expectations

I ordered a solid wood side board from Massivmoebel24. Despite not shipping to Ireland by default they very quickly sourced a delivery company and provided a competitive quote to ship from Germany to Ireland. There were shipping delays due to Covid however their customer service team kept me updated and informed the whole time. Customer service was really exceptional- congrats! The sideboard is beautiful too, very happy all round
