Loyal Customer ~ Free's up my time
When I first purchased a few meals in 2022, I thought "ohh so good" . But then i also thought "I wont be about to afford it all the time".. Well fast forward to the last couple months... the credits you provide, ALLOW for this to happen. I have literally implemented lunch and dinners everyday from MACRO FOODS. I just stopped purchasing from grocery store. So thank you. Im pretty busy and not being in the kitchen has allowed for free time. Keep up the fantastic meals

Our meals are carefully designed with balanced macros and calorie-conscious portions in mind, and we use quality ingredients, including beef tenderloin in our beef meals. Because we focus on macro-friendly meals, some of our options are intentionally lighter and include a balance of protein and vegetables.
That said, we do have several options for customers looking for something more filling and higher in protein. For example, our Grilled Chicken Alfredo has 56g of protein, while our Homemade Lasagna has 54g of protein, which we feel offers great value for a high-protein meal.
We completely understand that portion sizes and taste are personal preferences, and we’re sorry that our meals didn’t meet your expectations. We truly appreciate you giving Macro Foods a try and taking the time to let us know how you feel.

You food is very salty
You food is very salty. I've had the French Onion Brisket and the Truffle Beef and they both were pure salt. I was very disappointed because I tried the keto shrimp before and it was good at that time. I don't think I'll try it again, it was not edible at all. I had to throw it out.

Gift Card Switch
Hi. I had a gift card that I received for Xmas. I only had the code. The staff person at the Waterloo store was very helpful. She contacted her manager by phone and they agreed to convert the online gift card to an in-store one. Very much appreciated. Thanks so much!!

Every time I’ve gotten meals from breakfast meals to regular meals I’m so pleased with the flavour and the amount of food I usually end up leaving behind because it’s so filling.
