Great selection of older and hard to find fragrances as well as the new stuff! Prices are a bit higher than other places, but overall good selection.

Fast Delivery

I am incredibly disappointed with Maximum Fragrance's shipping practices. During checkout, I explicitly skipped the "free shipping" tier and paid an extra $15 out of pocket specifically to select Canada Post with Signature. I did this to ensure a direct, secure, and fast delivery for a high-value bottle of Creed Original Santal (Order #MxF52064).

Instead of honoring the carrier I paid for, Maximum Fragrance used Stallion Express as a middleman to cut their own costs. Because they handed it off to a third-party courier first, the package was delayed and missed its expected delivery date today.

To make matters worse, when a company uses Stallion to pass the package off to Canada Post, Canada Post's liability changes if anything goes wrong, gets lost, or arrives damaged. If I wanted cheap, slow, multi-handled shipping, I would have just taken the free shipping option.

Major competitors like FragranceBuy and PerfumeOnline always honor the carrier you pay for with zero middlemen. This was a really low-tier service move by Maximum Fragrance to pocket extra profit on shipping fees. I won't be ordering from here again until they stop bait-and-switching shipping methods.

There is something wrong with the product I received the bottle look fake.

Shipping is very expensive if you live in Canada and they label the glass vile on the inside of the twist outside bottle. So in order for you to be able to tell the difference between decants, you have to pull the sprayer out. It would be nice if they labelled the outside.
Other than that, they have amazing scents, a great selection Shipping speed is good and I have bought many many fragrances from them and they are all legit
