I wish I had found this review site before I went to the Erin Mills location. Of course, the testimonials on their website were all excellent. First, I arrived just before their opening time and they were 30 min. late with no apology and very rude. I had a Samsung cell phone that would not turn on and they determined that the screen needed to be replaced. They assured me that this would fix the problem and the phone would be back to normal. I agreed to the new screen at a cost of $250. + tax. After picking up the "repaired" phone it would not connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. When I brought it back they said I would have to pay for the repair to fix that issue which could cost up to $700.! Incredible. They would not give me a credit for the $250. or even a discount on the "new" repair or a new phone. Once again, they were very rude but tried to sell me on a new plan and phone. I am very disappointed that Samsung recommends this place and will never go here again. BTW, I bought a new Samsung A36 $375. on Amazon and am happy with it.

I bought a phone online earlier this year. I've had a messed up iPhone 8 for awhile so of course I would never have noticed if something was supposed to be like that since the start or not. The phones sensitivity was messed from the start, not letting me draw with sensitivity and such. Often times my phone would lock me out because it started to tap on its own screen. I thought new iPhones just had the problem. Eventually one day it locked me out for an hour. I moved passed that. At work I went to text my ride and suddenly the screen was flashing. The phone had a small crack in the corner, which I don't even know where it came from. I theory that the screen was messed from the start. Perhaps done too tight. I took it in, took them 2 weeks to reach out just to blame it on the crack which wasn't even the problem. It was a scratch crack. Plus the phone lost all touch which is most definitely not related to a crack of such minor detail. Warranty is awful. Do not buy from them if you want a phone you can rely on. I am upset they do not cover their mistake on a phone I've paid 600 dollars for.

Really bad return service as described by another user. I asked for the order to cancel on the day of purchase and I got an auto reply that they would cancel it but no confirmation. I sent another email to cancel and I got another auto reply and an email for return details that are not that clear. Now they won't return the phone because it's past it's 15 day return window

I brought my PS4 in to get it cleaned and for more that cooling paste I brought it home and the controllers stopped connecting to my PS4 so we brought it back and they fixed it and now it's working really really good now.

Mobile Klinik cancelled four separate transactions across two buyers for a simple iPhone purchase, with zero warning, zero explanation, and zero customer service. Each time, the order was accepted and payment taken, then cancelled hours later with no notification.

The result: our Mother's Day gift never arrived. $530 held by them for up to 12 business days with no proof of refund, no transaction reference, and no apology beyond a copy-paste response.

Nowhere on their website does it warn you that they may cancel your order for "security reasons" if you are overseas or traveling, then cancel your Interac e-Transfer payments, and that your funds can be withheld for nearly three weeks. This is not a small print issue, it's a fundamental failure of consumer transparency.

I chose Mobile Klinik specifically because of their supposed reputation. Their customer service team was unable to resolve anything or escalate effectively. If you are outside a major urban centre and expecting Canada-wide service, do not bother.

Buy from Orchard or Apple directly. Save yourself the stress.

Paid 800 for a refurbished iphone in "great" condition. I assumed it had an Apple screen. After I got it, it said "screen not recognized". When I looked in their fine print elsewhere on the site they said they use devices with the high quality third party screens. When the screen shattered a week later from an gentle in-case drop, they said it wasn't covered, and upon getting the screen replaced, the tech pointed out that the after market screen was a cheap, brittle one that said 'HARD' on it's back label.

When I saw a week later that the phone had another issue, I contacted them and they said the warranty was void because I had replaced the screen at another provider (there is no mobile klinik in my area).

It's a real racket, I've had great experiences with Gazelle and companies that share that you're buying a phone with a replaced third party screen.

I bought a good condition pre owned phone from the online store. It arrived with a scratched camera and would not take proper pictures. Mobile Klinik policy has a 15 day return window (which by the way you pay return shipping for) I'm sure glad I did Canada post with a sign option because there has been no response from the company in 2 weeks. There is no phone number only email. After 2 weeks, no refund...crickets. opened a dispute with my credit card company. Never again.

Went to the 2200 Dundas St W store after arranging an appointment online. Crappy service, didn't have one of the parts needed(the back glass) and couldn't even start the repair for two days. The attendant seemed like he really didn't want to do ANY work today.

Bought my wife an $800 Iphone 14 pro max in good faith from a good recommendation:) Bought it early November as a Christmas present. Once it was opened, the phone was defective right out of the box!! We understand that things can go wrong & just hoped that Mobile Klinic would just replace it with a good working phone since that was why I bought it from mobile Klinic. We went back & forth for over 2 months with the head office in Toronto & the end results was that they hid behind their 15 day warrantee policy & told us that we are out of luck!! Super disappointing & frustrating results for us & yes, we lost our $800 but we dont live in a perfect world & sometimes the good guys lose! But we just want to warn everyone that you may want to stay clear of a company like Mobile Klinic that wont stand behind their product! $800 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO US ..I am sure mobile klinic doesnt care about this travesty but we certainly do! Just be carful when making a large online purchase because we dont want anyone else to get screwed out of their hard earned money! I dont hide behind computer screens ! Took my pixel in and they diagnosed the problem in no time and fixed it faster than promised...I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My review with the Mobile Klinik, Sherwood Park location, begins when I received a notification on my phone regarding a charging issue with my Pixel 6a. Google issued a warranty service announcement regarding the battery where there was greater potential for battery failure/explosion after receiving 375 charging cycles. As my phone reached this level, I was informed by Google to get my battery replaced under warranty at an authorized repair centre.

The closest Google authorized repair centre near me is Mobile Klinik, Sherwood Park location.

I received Googles battery notification just prior to Christmas. Upon checking online for verification that I qualified for replacement, I contacted Mobile Klinik and spoke to one of their technicians, explained the situation. Mobile Klinik had the battery in stock, however, due to the nature of the repair, often times the screen will need to be replaced due to cracking while disassembling the phone. As I needed a new screen anyways, a choice was made to hold off on the repair until a replacement screen could be sourced and provided.

I called mid January to check on the progress of my repair and was informed that another Mobile Klinik had replacement screens for my phone and arrangements had been made to transfer the screens to the Sherwood Park location. Calling the following week, while speaking with a female at the store, I was informed that no record of my repair was pending. Further, I was told that the battery was not covered under a warranty repair (as per Google) and I would be charged for the battery, screen (which I would have been anyways) and all labour. The quote was in excess of $300.00; far more than what my phone is worth.

Needless to say, I didn't follow through with the work.

Returning to Google, I proceeded with an alternative pathway for compensation for the defective battery and received a pay out for USD$100.00, transferred to my bank account.

I went online and sourced a new screen and battery for my phone at a fraction of the price quoted by Mobile Klinik and will be conducting my own repair of which I am more than capable of.

I would not recommend and will not proceed with the Mobile Klinik Sherwood Park location for any repair or purchase going forward.

Horrible, horrible experience with the Lethbridge, Alberta location. I recommend to everyone: Your local Mobile Klinik may come in a few bucks cheaper than another store/company, but please pay the extra few bucks and go to their competitor instead so that you may not experience the same poor treatment and service that I did. Even the customer ahead of me in line was complaining about a faulty screen replacement... so coincidence that we would both have an issue with their service? I think not. I will never return.

I found the phone I wanted online. I placed the order. They took my money. They told me that a label has been created and now this morning it says my money has been refunded. No explanation nothing when you try to contact them. They say it’s your credit card. Are you kidding me? I know for certain it’s not my credit card.

I had a lot of angst as my precious cell phone went on the blink (From Fido) I took it in to mobileklinik at Southgate Mall Edmonton Ab. Megan was outstanding! She was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Not only will she fix my phone she gave me a brand new phone as an extra for minimum monthly payments....It pays to have a bundle of services with Telus! Thanks again Megan You are the best!

Order a Iphone in Very Good condition on sale and received it almost brand new. Screen was just replaced to new and battery was 100% capacity; also comes with 1 year warranty.
