and a terrible shopping experience

The package arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, and they told me to contact the courier company. It's clearly your fault for poor packaging, so why should I have to contact the courier company myself? I paid for your product, and your service is terrible, so I have to solve it myself. Your service is awful!

Everything was great

Everything was great, product matched description 100% and delivery was swift and right up to my doorstep.

Also there was included great instructions on how to mount the product.

Would absolutely recommend.

UPS for delivery, bad choice!

It feels good overall, everything except price for delivery!
What UPS have to do inside EU borders is hard to understand!
