My order arrived in very poor…
My order arrived in very poor condition. The shipping box was badly damaged, torn and partially open, and one of the products inside, a BOSCH H7 Gigalight Plus bulb, arrived broken.
I had to report the damage to UPS and also contact MotoIntegrator separately. A parcel containing automotive parts should have been packed and protected much better, especially when fragile items such as bulbs are included.
I am currently waiting for MotoIntegrator to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund. I will update this review depending on how the complaint is handled.

Do not blindly trust the website's…
Do not blindly trust the website's compatibility checker for this part. According to Motointegrator's system, this center support bearing (Febi 26316) was supposed to fit my BMW E61 525d LCI Automatic (2008). However, once the car was disassembled at the workshop, the bearing turned out to be way too large.The specifications in the text do state 35mm, but as a regular customer, I haven't crawled under my car with a caliper before ordering. I completely rely on the website's green confirmation text showing that the part is compatible with my registration number. My car has a 30mm driveshaft, meaning the fitment database on this site contains incorrect data.The mechanic was forced into an emergency solution, transferring the new rubber housing onto my old steel bearing just to get the car off the lift. Motointegrator needs to update their fitment database for the LCI models so other customers don't run into this exact issue at the workshop!
