There was an issue to be resolved but this was dealt with efficiency and competence, as expected from a company I have dealt with for years.

Plumber Cameron was courteous, polite, efficient and professional. The office also contacted throughout and kept me informed. Great job all round.

Very skilled staff, friendly and polite. Made us feel like VIPs. We were very pleased with this company from the initial contact and discussions through to the snagging. We wanted to go with a long-standing local company with a good reputation and Haddow proved to be the right choice. Would highly recommend them.

Company responded promptly to a call.
A plumber was on his way within a hour of the call.
On arrival the engineer diagnosed the problems quickly.
The solution was implemented quickly with a very competent skill level.
The engineer communicated clearly what he was doing and why in friendly and professional manner.

The engineers came on time and carried out the work efficiently.

Engineer was prompt 8.15am ..restored 17 yr old boiler after i missed last annual servicing. Courteous and efficient. Small oil work on lawn not drive one foot away ..not a gardener !

Managed to fit me in at short notice. Kieran had a difficult time connecting my Tado to my iPad. He kept trying different methods until he was successful.
He was kind and considerate throughout.
I am grateful for his skill and patience.

Plumber took a long time looking at central heating valves that he was told had nothing to do with the under floor heating. It was as though the time was being extended unnecessarily

I always find the the boys out on their jobs very friendly and do their work efficiently.

I asked Haddow to repair/replace toilet seat. The plumber came and measured the toilet seat, said he probably would not be able to get one the same. When he was here asked him to have a look at a dripping tap. He had a look and said it would need a new top. He tightened the tap and it was not dripping. However next time I used the tap it was dripping. I have since received an invoice for £69 and the reason for this was to repair a dripping tap. As their policy is to charge 1 hour for labour for any visit I have no choice but to pay it. I will not use them again.
