Our local DPD driver, Derek, is the absolute BEST. Everyone in the area says the same. He is extremely cheerful and considerate. Most of all he has common sense and always puts any parcels in a safe and sensible place. The consistency of the same person is invaluable and its a shame that not everyone has the same pride in their job.
