Wanted a no fuss linen dress to wear in a heat wave and what I got was a polyester piece of ill-fitting garbage. Considering others reviewers’ return experience, it’s not worth the effort. I feel stupid for not checking the reviews before ordering. Ugh. DO NOT BUY this brand.

I bought a pair of trousers on sale, but the original price was Euro 130,-. After only 1 wash the pants started to get bobbly and the colour of the pants (blue) had transfered to the white parts of the pants, even though I carefully followed washing instructions. I contacted them through e-mail and social medio and received ZERO response. Very poor customer service, if they even have one!

First, they don't tell you that everything ships from China (takes forever to get to you). Second, they say on their web site "Returns within 30 days - Not satisfied? Get a full refund!" This is a total lie! I purchased a couple of items, they sent me the wrong items. I offered to return the items for a full refund. They offered me a store credit. I said I wanted a refund, so they offered me a 10% refund, then a 20%, then a 30% then their final offer was a 40% refund. They wanted me to cover the costs of shipping the items back to China and then wait 4-8 weeks to receive the partial refund. Instead I just took it up successfully with the credit card company. BTW the items they sent looked very low quality.

Please avoid this company at all costs, I ordered a pair of shorts on their website adjustable waist with belt, used their size chart and ordered XXL, weeks later the shorts arrived 26 inch waist, no adjustable waist and no belt and poor material, would only fit a child. After a lot of complaining we got nowhere.

Scam. Please stay away from this site

The site appears to use photos of dresses from genuine quality suppliers/websites which I sent on when I compalined of the quality of the goods I was sent from Lune Mode.
I returned the poorest quality goods under their false selling. I reported them to the Authories. I am down now the cost of the dress and shipping costs as I believed they would follow through & refund. How naive I was ...

My wife bought some swimsuits from these clowns. They arrived, and it soon became apparent that quality and fit were below expectations, so she sent them back the same day. That sounds easy, but like so many of these companies, returns have to be sent to China, at your own expense. Convenient way of putting people off of returning goods, even though they have a warehouse in Sheffield. The goods were returned on May 14th via DPD, and the last tracking notification was that the parcel had cleared customs in Shanghai on July 4th. Since then nothing. Looney Mode aren't interested because the parcel didn't get to them within 30 days. Well of course, that was never going to happen. They're refusing to refund, but it's ok because they completely understand my frustration... Absolute clowns.

Absolutely terrible. "Conned" into buying a second identical item - dialogue gave impression it was a discount on the first item and then low and behold I found I had ordered 2. I immediately asked to cancel the second item but was told I couldn't because the item had already been despatched (within 2 minutes). The items took THREE weeks to arrive being far too late for the party for which they were intended (as fancy dress). Trying to return I am being offered all manner of "alternatives" ie gift cards etc and "threatened" with customs and postage charges approaching £30 with concerns about items ever actually arriving and allowing 4-8 weeks. Absolute rip off!!! Don't do it!

Please please avoid this scam of a company at all costs I have never written a bad review of an online company in all my life . This company is nothing but online robbery and a scam the clothes are the cheapest material I have ever received . I wrote to them requesting a full refund only to be told it would cost me 25 to send back after them taking 50 off me for nothing more than absolute shit is all I can describe . This company needs to be boycotted

I ordered Arabella dress. Shocked when it arrived. Total rubbish, shiny cheap material, absolutely no flow. No gathers or tucks at the waistline area to create a flowy skirt. The skirt was almost straight down. Wrote to then complaining. Offered not to return but suggested a partial refund which I agreed to. I got €4 back 👎Try another site for this dress, look carefully at the description first before ordering. My order came from China I think.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE SCAM! Honestly, nothing looks like the pictures.. the quality is terrible, sizing is way off and the return policy is non existent. When I wanted to return my purchases, they said to keep them and they'd give me credit minus €10 for my next delivery. With no choice I ordered a jacket and trench coat hoping that I couldn't go wrong. I was told jacket out of stock and they would have to take another €10 off the credit my for delivery of my next purchase!! And the trench coat arrived in the shape of a short black polyester jacket. Honestly, is the hope that people will just give up?? .. which is kinda what happens.. they have your money. The psychology of it all! As well as that, when you place your order, they send an email immediately telling you that you forgot something in your basket.. is this a way of making you order more??
One tiny positive, they do respond to emails quickly.. unless it's an AI bot which wouldn't surprise me !!

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a dress, but was later told it was out of stock and was asked to choose an alternative. I replied twice that I did not want another item and requested a full refund to my original payment method.
Instead of refunding me, they issued store credit that I never agreed to accept. I then received another email saying my order had been shipped, despite my repeated requests for a refund.
Very confusing customer service, and I am still waiting for my refund and I never received the dress.

Do not buy from Lune Mode.

I ordered a shirt explicitly advertised on their website as Linen. What arrived was a cheap synthetic shirt with NO physical fiber composition tag—a direct violation of EU Regulation No. 1007/2011.

When I requested a full refund and a prepaid return label for non-conforming goods under EU Consumer Law, they completely ignored the illegal missing label. Instead, they offered insulting 10% and 20% partial refunds to get me to keep it.

When I refused, they demanded I ship the item back to a warehouse in Zhejiang, China at my own expense and risk.

This is a classic drop-shipping operation using deceptive marketing and ignoring EU law. I have opened a chargeback dispute with my bank and reported them to ECC-Net and AGCM. Save your money!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered shoes. They sent the wrong size. The quality was awful. Customer service was terrible. Website states the warehouse is in the UK- no mention of China at all on the site but China is the only option for return- at your own cost. Definately a case of Buyer Beware!

Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from here. I bought shoes that were a different colour than advertised when they arrived and then the buckles broke the first time I wore them. It was the same price as the cost to buy the shoes to return them and get a refund, so I accepted a store credit. I used it to buy a ‘jumpsuit’ but a separate pair of pants and shirt arrived with a belt. The fabric was awful and they just don’t look anything like the pictures. I complained and they said because I bought it with a credit that there was nothing they could do. Really don’t waste your money and time on this crap!

Dishonest. They are Chinese not from Netherlands. They respond in french & english to entice. Their Returns policy is outlandish. They give you 3 options that are all ludicrous. Returns only acceptable with Bank Statement for POP, Photo of Packages, Tracking Nos.etc. And... V poor quality clothing. Be advised - block them - 44 emails from them in 10 days!!!

Don’t order from this place. Scamming. Charge you 50 quid for a dress from temu. Honestly. AVOID. Refunds are hard too.
