***DO NOT BUY***This is a scam company masquerading as a genuine European company. Clothes take a long time to arrive, and when they do, they bear very little resemblance to the clothes showing on the website - out of 3 items purchased not one was accurate. When you ask for a refund you are told you need to send the items back, tracked, to China before they will assess. Essentially this part is so expensive they expect you'll cave. ***DO NOT BUY***

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star.
The item I bought was really a lovely looking linen dress. What arrived was a rag of cheap synthetic fabric When I complained I was offered a partial refund Are full refund on return? The return was going to cost me as much as the article cost. I did check when buying the product to see where it was coming from. On the site it said the company was based in Netherlands. The parcel I received came from China and if returning the product I was to return it to China. I am pursuing it and I am hoping that my bank will assist me in the return of the money I paid for this rag.

AVOID , AVOID , AVOID !!!!!! They’ve probably changed their name , but I ordered from Amorae , 3 pieces of pure Linen clothing , so I thought , which became LuneLondon when emails were sent. Over 2 wks , 1 piece has just arrived , it’s pure shit polyester. I’ve scammed and ripped off , the support emails address ‘ are undeliverable. They are scammers .

Total garbage scam company. Sent me stuff I didn't order...cheapest china junk you can imagine. Emailed for refund...several times...they don't respond. The phone number isn't theirs. Absolute scammy Chinese pieces of junk.

Do not use this company absolutely awful, ordered a medium tracksuit, size was more like extra small, returned at a cost of £27 to get my refund of £56, refund was allegedly processed, no refund 5 weeks later despite emailing every week, the same reply, they have sent to the specialist team to look at. Absolute scammed, I am now £83 out of pocket

I ordered 2 pairs of medium women’s shorts. When they finally arrived, one pair was nice, and the other pair was tiny. I couldn’t even get it past my hips. I asked to return it and was told they would give me a credit toward something else on their site ..get this..minus $10 for shipping. No amount of emails back and forth changed this policy. I won’t order from them again.

This website is completely fraudulent. The detail page is for a name brand jacket. What arrive was poor-quality - not even a knock-off.

Badly made, terrible quality, definintely not as shown in video/pictures. Measurements are inaccurate. Definitely not worth the money. Do not buy.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE OFF THIS WEBSITE???? Sophie at Lune Mode has gone to ground on me. As soon as I asked for a refund, I got met with a multiple choice option for refund, I said I wanted a full refund and to send me the details and SILENCE ever since? I am emailing all the time and NOTHING?
The quality of their clothes is very poor. DO NOT PURCHASE?

I wish I had read the reviews of lune mode before I made a purchase. I cannot believe how awful the quality of the leather jacket I bought. It was much smaller than a large size. The package fit in my letterbox. Beyond a joke, but I am not laughing.

1. quality is very poor
2. I thought I was purchasing from the Netherlands but the return is to China.
3. Their return system is cumbersome. I posted the dresses the day after I received them.
4. It is now over 2 months since I returned the dresses but I am still being told they are held up in customs.
5. I tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes of placing but this was not possible.

Compete rip off find better in a jumble sale nothing like the picture advertised very very poor quality. (AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE)

Very disappointing experience.

The dress I received looked significantly different from the photos on the website, including the fabric, cut, draping and overall fit. When I requested a refund, I was told that I would have to pay the international return shipping myself, with the return address being in China.
After several emails, I eventually accepted a 30% refund (€10.49) without returning the dress, simply to avoid further hassle and the cost of international shipping.
The refund was eventually received, but the return/refund process was far more difficult than expected.
I recommend checking the return conditions and return address carefully before ordering.

I am still awaiting delivery of 2 jumpers ordered on 11 September, no update on delivery yet, very frustrating

Item was nothing like described. Was described as denim, it was a cotten polyester mix, very poor quality, cheap buttons, and looked liked poor quality. Slow delivery. Over priced for the quality of the product

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 dresses on 26th July 2026, my 59th birthday, supposedly from the Netherlands with a warehouse in the UK and I only live in the Republic of Ireland, EU and I am still waiting for my delivery

Absolutely terrible quality & terrible sizing of clothes. The clothes & material resemble nothing like the quality shown in the picture. Shocking quality! Refunds are particularly difficult to send back. It is up to the customer to return the clothes to China even though they are purchased from a website in the Netherlands. WORST QUALITY CLOTHING I HAVE EVER PURCHASED.

Wanted a no fuss linen dress to wear in a heat wave and what I got was a polyester piece of ill-fitting garbage. Considering others reviewers’ return experience, it’s not worth the effort. I feel stupid for not checking the reviews before ordering. Ugh. DO NOT BUY this brand.

I bought a pair of trousers on sale, but the original price was Euro 130,-. After only 1 wash the pants started to get bobbly and the colour of the pants (blue) had transfered to the white parts of the pants, even though I carefully followed washing instructions. I contacted them through e-mail and social medio and received ZERO response. Very poor customer service, if they even have one!

First, they don't tell you that everything ships from China (takes forever to get to you). Second, they say on their web site "Returns within 30 days - Not satisfied? Get a full refund!" This is a total lie! I purchased a couple of items, they sent me the wrong items. I offered to return the items for a full refund. They offered me a store credit. I said I wanted a refund, so they offered me a 10% refund, then a 20%, then a 30% then their final offer was a 40% refund. They wanted me to cover the costs of shipping the items back to China and then wait 4-8 weeks to receive the partial refund. Instead I just took it up successfully with the credit card company. BTW the items they sent looked very low quality.
