Placed order on 7/6/26. Has of 19/7/26 it hasn’t arrived. Numerous emails sent for updates no reply from any of them. I had to give them a one star review to continue with my review if possible I wouldn’t give them any. I just wish I’d read reviews first 🤬

Absolute garbage, mark and avoid. They sell super cheap stuff rebranded to appear as a better quality product. The lawn mower I bought was really cheap and plasticky and the battery life didn't match the specs at all. The initial impression of good quality came from a apparently fake review, as it seems to be offline now. I consider this very close to being a scam.

Right after ordering the product I realized the quality issue by finding almost identical looking mowers sold under different brand names, which had bad reviews. I contacted the customer service to cancel the order, but they replied only after the shipment was done. They kept insisting that returning would cost me 15% of the order total. They first offered a 2% discount but after I kept asking question, the percent was increased by 2 on every reply (probably an auto-reply or something). In the end I got a 20% discount which made me keep product (which was a mistake).

SCAM, avoid them. Purchased a mirror from them. Never received it, chased it up by email and messages but no response.

Absolutely shocking dont buy from them, they have not sent items in nearly a month and sent a cup as a freebie, shocking service and customer service is practically non existent.

It's a scam company. I ordered a large mirror from them just to be sent this email below after trying to follow up with my delivery twice:

Sadly I also was duped and cancelled immediately. They emailed back confirming that they had cancelled the order and would reimburse to my credit card. 2 weeks later no payment and my bank have told me I have to wait another ten days. !! Wish I had bought on PayPal 😞 hopefully as used my credit card I will get my money back but wanted to warn others on here.

I ordered a Smeg kettle from Lumira Kitchen. After more than a month I received a very small Smeg mug.
I paid €119.00 for the kettle but the mug is only worth about €30.
I have emailed them, filled in their request form and made numerous attempts to call them but got no reply.
This is obviously a scam. I paid via Shop so not sure what to do now.
The parcel arrived from China.

Scam company. No one knows their address, but they might operate from Hong Kong. Package arrived from Germany, but has nothing else to do with that country. EEC couldn't locate them,but there was a link to Hong Kong.

I Bought a hoover from them. It wasn't anything like they promised, so I wanted to return it, which is my right especially since I requested a return within 14days. They refused to give the return address and came up with excuses and telling me I can't return it since I tested it, posting it won't be safe (?!) and is too complicated, return possibility had expired-(not true), only the motor was faulty-(not true, there were other problems too), they could send a new motor (which would have been no good either, if they would have sent it),I had no rights etc. etc. Luckily I had bought through Klarna and after 2months they decided I don't need to pay a penny for the hoover.

The company got absolutely furious and started hassling me with emails and threatening with legal actions. Lol. They say I have no right to not pay, this will harm my credit details etc. bs, they will re-send the bill and are hoping to resolve the matter in peaceful fashion. Just wondering what they are going to come up with next. I had to block them sending me messages to get some peace. I guess they will start sending me threat mails through post or something. Hope not,but wouldn't be surprised. Very unprofessional say the least.

Note, since they sell and aim advertisement to my country, my country's costumer rights apply, not theirs. I checked that and also checked what my rights were, which they kept denying. They also demanded me to drop the reclamation to Klarna. All in all there has been closer to 100 emails exchanged between us.

Another note. Their return policies are not legal. They ask for 15% of the product price plus costums fees and postage. Legally they are not allowed to do that. They are only allowed to ask for costumer to pay for reasonable postage fees, them paying rest of the postage if it is expensive, all the costums fees and defenitely not to charge any extra fees. But who is there to stop them? I guess they would need to be sued or something but can't be done if no one knows where and who they are. If you bought with credit card, I would contact the credit company, maybe they have some power. I challenged their return policies, told they were not legal, after which they said they will send the new motor and refund 3% of the product price.I refused, after which they kept raising the compensation 1-2% at the time. It ended up being 15%,which I was not happy with bc it still was nowhere near worth it. I kept demanding the return without any succes untill Klarna stepped in.

If you have already bought from here, and have trouble, good luck and please contact consumer rights authorities. Maybe they can do something if they get enough complaints about this company.

This is a dropshipping Chinese company disguised as finnish.
I ordered a humidifier for dry air in winter and i am still waiting aftwr 3 weeks of not getting anything.
I made a reclamation through Klarna, and hopefully my money will be back soon.

Company charges your account BEFORE you've received the package. Website indicates that company is local, but production appears to be in China. If you return the item (untouched), they won't reimburse your payment. Even if you can document (through tracking) that the item HAS been returned to the company/received by them, they keep claiming tha the parcel "has not yet been received". Their customer service consists of a badly trained bot, that doesn't know how to answer your questions, other than telling you to "be patient". This is FRAUD. Stay away from them.

I've ordered a vacuum machine and after I saw they are scammers, within an hour i canceled the order and sent them a message to support not to send it. This was on Sunday, and Monday morning they wrote me that they sent in anyway, but the shipping company notified me later, so obviously they didn't send it. I didn't even pick up the package so it was sent back and after more than a month they wrote an email that shipping cost were 1/3 of the price almost of the actual item (400dkk). This is obviously a major scam.

They are selling 3rd party products which they are claiming to be theirs. Videos of the products are clearly photoshopped. And the Vaccum fx. is an Airbot Vaccum and not from their own brand. Scammy site. STAY AWAY
