It's a scam company. I ordered a large mirror from them just to be sent this email below after trying to follow up with my delivery twice:

Thank you for your email, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately, due to an issue with our system, we have only just received your message.

Having checked your order (Order #5275), we found that there has been an issue with our SumUp POS system, which means we are currently unable to verify your payment.

In addition, our SumUp account is still under review, and as a result, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund from our side at this time.

Given these circumstances, we would kindly recommend that you contact your bank or card issuer to request a chargeback or payment reversal. They should be able to assist you further in recovering the funds.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience. Should you require any additional information or supporting documentation for your bank, please do not hesitate to let us know, and we will be happy to assist.

Placed an order in the first week of December and still haven't received anything (17/01/20) - I have emailed and filled out the online contact forms 3 times now but cannot get a response from the company.

I have opened a case with my bank to try and get a refund but in the meantime, I have found the Directors addresses on Companies House and will take the matter from there.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
