Prior to placing an order, I emailed Martin with a few questions. He answered them promptly, which was helpful. Items were posted via Royal Mail's 24 tracking system. They arrived well packed - coins were in plastic cases, wrapped inside bubble wrap, placed inside a 'jiffy' bag and then posted inside another, plain 'jiffy' bag - no marks identifying the contents within. The Dracula and Scrooge coins are super. Great and speedy service. Thank you :)

Fantastic service AGAIN from Martin, ordered coins yesterday and delivered today, you can't get better than that. Coins are well priced and usually come in a capsule at no extra cost.

Have used Martin's Silver Trader service numerous times now.
- Excellent range of goods
- Top quality; if he feels there's any issues with the coins he gets, he prices accordingly
- Great prices anyway, especially if you are buying multiple coins
- Professional, efficient and friendly

As a sole operator, he does get busy when prices and demand spikes, so is selective about new memberships, but I'm very glad I registered when I did.

Recently ordered from Martins site, he was very quick to respond, and the items were in the best condition I’ve ever received coins in to be honest (I ordered two pandas). Super quick delivery as well I think from order to receiving them was 3 days! Thank you!

Impressive! Coins arrived really quickly was like pass the parcel unwrapping them! As the grandchildren get older it’s been harder to find Christmas and Birthday presents for them so a few years ago I started buying them a silver coin each for these occasions always buying from royal mint so was a bit worried buying from elsewhere but I shouldn’t have been, if you haven’t bought from Martin at silver trader go start investing now. My first (and not last) purchase from Silver Trader. Very competitive pricing and slick service. Was slightly concerned with bank transfer payment as easy to defraud but absolutely no problem and my order arrived by 1300 hrs the next day. Coins supplied in pristine condition in capsules with certificates of authenticity. Top service and will be buying from Martin again.

Really speedy and free delivery! 2024 Libertad was genuine but had a couple of little dints and tarnish blobs in the field which was a bit annoying as I was planning to put the coin in a “bullion of the world” collection which I’m assembling. (On the other hand this is second hand bullion after all, and I had used a cheeky discount code (saved 80p), which I’ve since realised was bad form, as it was only intended for bank transfer purchases).
