I bought the shiz tzu lamp nothing like…
I bought the shiz tzu lamp nothing like the picture. Very small and only lasted a few days before it started flickering and stop working The wire into the lamp started to melt and the plug was very hot. Very disappointed .

The packaging and delivery
The product, I’m sure, is the best.
However, the packaging I received was not good.
It looks like someone tried to open the packet because the product is usually packed in two layers, but the one I received was open from both sides.
I haven’t opened the packet yet. I’ve taken some photos as well, but I’m not sure how to share them.
Please advise me on how to proceed.

I’m trying to return the item and I followed all the steps and made additional payment for DHL and waiting for return label.. unfortunately I havent received any label and sent an email two times, no support. Today is the last day of my return. Super painful, dont buy any product!

Ceyda, the label was already sent – there was just a tiny glitch which we fixed right away. Honestly, it’s super painful to read such a review for something solved so easily.
Wonderfull design
The lamp is a wonderfull design. Exactly what I expected. It was also quickly delivered and the assembly was easy. 1 negative remark, the remote is not working. There is mentioning of a red light, but I don’t see it. Despite that, I am very happy with it.

The lights keep breaking
The lights keep breaking. The omega light I had two, the first one was sent back and repaired and last week stopped working again. The second one two rings stopped working and a burn mark in brown was found on the bottom one. This was replaced without repair and I appreciate that but still concerned about safety due to the burn mark.
Although I was given a replacement already it’s still very disappointing to keep having to pay an electrician to replace them all. I am waiting for a reply about replacing the original broken (then repaired) now broken again light.

Absolutely fantastic service
My lamp died a couple of hours after I threw away the boxes. Customer service was great, repaid my costs for sending from the Netherlands including the box and wrapping paper.
And the new lamp looks great!
