I’m trying to return an item and they sent the initial email saying they had acknowledged my return and that was 8.10.26 .

Return address could not be found by Royal Mail !
Ordered 4 up down lights but the wrong colour was delivered. After a phone call and many emails I was sent a return address . Sent the parcel at a cost of £9.05 and the address does not exist . Now no reply from customer service.

Good company good products good prices
Ordering is easy and good website. Delivery took a bit of time as it looked like it was from outside UK despite the .co.uk on the website name. The exterior lamps I bought were a good price and decent quality. However fitting them is very tricky as some of the fixing were small and fiddly,the connector blocks are very tight to get 2 wires into. I was fitting to a rendered wall and this meant the bolts that run from the back just popped back out as soon as you offered up the nut. Important to note they look amazing now they are up.
P.S. if you get the Ledvion smart bulbs. They only work on 2.4hz WiFi.
And the recommended app to control the bulbs is janky and unreliable. I found Smart home on playstore and connecting was a breeze. I have 12 bulbs all in and they communicate very well. No noticeable lag on your WiFi. I'd use lightexpert again.
