I ordered and paid for an Air Conditioner unit as advertised. I received a cheap fan heater. They offered a $10 refund initially increased to $30 when I pointed out it was their mistake. Offered full refund when I sent back the heater at my expense which is about $80 TOTALLY USELESS

This company is a fraudulent one.

They bait and switch, sending out poor quality products which are NOT what you ordered, then offering very minor refunds to make up for it.

Do not accept this. Push for a full refund. You are legally entitled to it.

I bout their much advertised Slash guitar shaped liquor bottle. What a piece of crap! $50 for a small printed bottle that looks very different from the advertising photos. Buyer beware

This company is fraudulent. The product they are selling has no cooling system at all, despite being advertised as a fan worth over $50. This level of deception is unacceptable. When I contacted them for a refund, I was told it would cost over $40 to return the item and was offered only an $8 discount for a fan that is completely useless. In the end, they gave me $15 off my purchase of $69.97 — leaving me paying $54.97 for a fan that isn’t even worth $5. Consumers should be warned: this company is not legitimate.

Don’t even open up this page because you will be sorry.

I saw this advertisement in Libiyi advertisement on a small Air Conditioner that would have been perfect for my 10x10 work room. I ordered the idem which I saw a movie picture of how it performed. It showed the cold air blowing out and had a unique face plate.
The item I received looked nothing like their display and does not blow cold air.
When I confronted them they told me I could ship it back and they would refund me $16.00 USD. To ship it back would cost me $60.00 USD. So if I do this I would be throwing another $44.00 USD away.
Anyone reading this should think twice before ordering anything from Lobito.
Their Chinese fraud dealers cheating Americans.

Didn’t cool the room at all, on/off button didn’t work at all, I had to physically unplug it from the wall to turn it off. The seller was unhelpful and rude, thankfully I paid through PayPal and eventually got a refund. Avoid!

This company is a con .I paid £230 for 2 air conditioner units. What they sent to me 4 weeks later I can only describe as really cheap Chinese made fans . They say it's air con but there's no cooling inside at all they just blow warm air very poorly. To send the items back to them will cost me £80 and there's no chance of getting my money back. Do not buy from You tube or Google like I did it's a CON

I ordered two air-conditioning units from LIBIYI and the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare.

I repeatedly contacted the company trying to resolve the problems directly. One of the parcels became an issue with the courier, while I was trying to arrange the return of the other unit. Despite numerous emails explaining everything, LIBIYI repeatedly sent me generic responses that did not properly address what had happened.

I asked them to provide a return label, but instead I was eventually expected to return the unit at my own expense. I obtained a postage quote of approximately £64.

Their customer service felt like going around in circles — I would explain the situation clearly and receive another response that appeared to completely ignore what I had just told them.

Eventually I gave up trying to resolve it directly with LIBIYI and raised the matter with PayPal.

PayPal resolved the dispute in my favour, closed the case and issued my refund.

It says a lot that I had to involve my payment provider to finally get this resolved after giving LIBIYI numerous opportunities to sort it out themselves.

Based entirely on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering.

I ordered the wall mounted room air conditioner. It is not an air conditioner. It is a fan and a heater. The remote didn't work at all. the cord to the unit was extremely short and you could not hang it on the wall. When trying to get a refund and/or return, it was told I have to mail it to China and pay for it. And they would not accommodate anything, even though their website says that they will provide the return shipping. Was offered $10 to keep the unit and not return it. It doesn't work!!! these people are shady as hell

Product electric air conditioning unit mobile Model HJ808/9, arrived unpacked, doesn’t work for sure. Poor explanation, no return details, feel I have been ripped off by this company, don’t buy…..have no idea who to return it too,you get users manual, no name or warranty details, caught out again buying directly from various manufacturers, so mad with myself for doing this again. Don’t buy it……

A load of rubbish do not work air con .say it’s a British invention by British engineers no.ask for money back send unite back to china.this ad in British newspapers and facebook keep away.

After 5 weeks item arrived but instruction leaflet enclosed clearly stated that the item was a HEATER.
Tried it in a small office for 3 hours and temperature did not change as its a heater with a cool fan.
Told by company it was not acceptable and they said I needed to return item to China at my own expense which would be expensive but they offered a $15 refund.

I ordered a mobile air conditioning unit, having watched an online advert on a national newspaper's website.
What arrived was a poorly packaged, cracked fan heater. It does not cool the air at all. I feel completely let down and misled as the invoice confirms its an order for an air conditioner, and the cardboard box says its an air-conditioner inside - but it isn’t.
I have tried to contact the firm for a refund and have had no reply .
