Oh My Dotz Reviews 

I received my dot painting this week and am finding it really enjoyable. I opted to upload a personal photo and I'm loving the way it's turning out.
The canvas is good quality and the pens all work perfectly. I've struggled to use the thick liner as my hands are a little shaky, and I couldn't control the thickness of the dots with that end of the pen. I'm using the fine liner end for all the dots instead and this is working very well.
Cons - quite expensive. However I think it will be worth the price as the picture is looking really great.
It is important to take regular breaks as the dots can affect the peripheral vision and make your eyes feel a bit blurry if you don't step away for a bit.
All in all I'm extremely pleased with this product, and I would definitely buy another!

Customer service is impeccable I’ve had a couple of issues regarding the pens and when I’ve reached out to them they have gone above and beyond to rectify the problem and very quickly to, lovely people and great quality canvases I would highly recommend this company as nothing is to much for them, I look forward to doing more business with them

I have thoroughly enjoyed working on my first dotz artwork. I found it extremely relaxing and enjoyed watching it come to life as a picture. I would usually put my headphones on and listen to my favourite music while dotting. When I first started I did find it a bit frustrating because I found the ink from the pen didn’t flow very well and because of the material being canvas it wasn’t completely smooth, making it initially hard to get a neat and clean dot. I emailed the company about the pens and they replied almost straight away and sent out a brand new batch of pens. These worked much better and after a bit of practise and experimenting I was able to apply the ink very neatly and my dots started to look perfect in shape. Every now and then the ink from the pen would ‘bleed’ a tiny bit outside of the printed circle but I soon realised that it didn’t really matter because when I held the picture away from me at a distance (approximately 2 meters) I could hardly notice the imperfection of the dot. I also recently upgraded my glasses and all of a sudden the dots because extremely clear and so much easier to apply the ink with the pen. One way that I found I could get a nice clean and neat dot was to firstly do a dot in the very centre of the circle with the pen. If I pressed down with a tiny bit of pressure the ink would spread outward a very small amount. I would then, with the pen draw a half circle around one half of the dot I previously made, and then another half circle to complete the whole dot. It’s a bit hard to explain but I might do a small video on my next dotz art and send to the company. They may be able to post this for people to look at learn from. I’m sure everyone will have their own way of doing the dots but I did find this technique very effective in getting a super clean and tidy dot. I guess it’s like anything in life - the more you practise, the easier and better you get at something. Keep dotting and you’ll end up with a masterpiece to be proud of. I’m looking forward to doing my next dotz.

I have already done 4 of the dots canvas with no problem but the last one I bought the markers don’t work on it. I even tried my old markers and they didn’t work. It looks like there’s some type of film on the canvas

Waste of money 😡

My customer dot picture was absolutely spot on unlike diamond art pictures they come rolled up in a bag and do get damaged sometimes these people put all there’s in a solid plastic tube with caps on both ends so it keeps your dot picture clean and no damage at all would not hesitate about ordering another off them

Ordered my painting almost a month ago and still hadn't been delivered. When order was placed received a delivery date of 3/3. Here it is 3/10 and still no delivery. Customer service has been zero help. Don't waste your money here.

I had recently left a 3 star review because I found that the pens did not work. I love the art work! Oh my dotz have kindly send me 3 new pens which work wonderfully. Thank you.

The purchase was easy and delivery was fast I absolutely love my pictures and the way they turn out when completed.
I will buy again in the future and have and will keep passing the word on about the Oh My Dotz to friends and relatives.

I am very happy with the products I purchased. Everything has been as expected. My first shipment I ordered from you never arrived, but there were never any problems, you just sent out a new one.

Ordered a custom picture (2nd dec) as it said it waould arrive withing 14 days, after purchase it changed to 17 to 20 days, after 20 days still not arrived, delivery status is a snails pace, emailed and received no help just a link to track it. Didnt arive for xmas so emailed again and no help again just deliveries are slow at this time of year. Now into the new year still not here, do not purchase from them.

Should be zero stars...awful company who lie about items being sent..and then go out of their way to delay giving me my full refund..to which they agreed...this is fraud...DO NOT purchase from these drops shipping charlatans...you have been warned
